Techs were friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. They repaired a blown logic board in my aged opener instead of trying to sell me a new one which is what I was certain was needed. They also had remotes with them that programmed to the opener without difficulty. I’ve tried numerous OEM and universal remotes with no success but they hooked me right up. Total cost was way better than expected. I don’t believe you can go wrong with this company

I rarely write reviews. The service was excellent. Took about an hour and a half to install a garage door opener. Their rates are by far better than the other dozen or so competitors I called. Highly recommend.

Our house was hit by repeated high voltage energy surges when a tree fell on our power line during a storm. The repairman from Magic City Door was to replace both garage door motors. He pointed out that all I needed was to replace the fried controller boards. That saved me four hundred dollars. I will use this company and people forever. How often is someone honest like that? Everyone knows the answer to that.

When your garage door breaks you don’t want to have to wait a long time to get it fixed. Magic City Door worked us in quickly, the tech was on-time and efficient and the cost comparable to other quotes.Could I have done it myself? Sure (maybe?) ...but not sure that is how I would want to spend a whole day doing (and likely redoing) what took them a couple hours.

We were having trouble with one of our garage door openers and with both of our outside keypads. Our technician was able to quickly replace both of the outside keypads and that problem ended immediately. The garage door opener problem was more complicated and it ended up being the control panel on the motor that needed to be replaced. Again, our technician started the job and stayed with it until it was working perfectly and we no longer are having any problems with our openers. He did a great job and was very nice to work with.

Arrived early (after verifying my availability). The tech was efficient, effective and complete. Bravo to this team!!! Much better experience then from the “national” company who just tried to up-sell and not fix the problem. Didn’t even have the proper parts with him even though I told them the brand and what was wrong.

Magic city came out and replaced a broken spring on my garage door and only charged me $165.00.Another company came before them and charged me $35.00 for the trip and wanted $399.00 to replace the spring. Awesome guys and wonderful service!

Totally great experience with Magic City Doors today! I really appreciate good service and work. I called the afternoon before and they were able to come the next morning. They called ahead like they said they would. They came on time early in the quoted 2 hour window. They did a great repair that ended up being way less expensive than I had expected.
