I really cant say how thankful I am that I got in touch with Scott. I called a few people for my job and hes the only one who actually asked about the table when considering price. Thought that was a good sign and it certainly was. I needed to get an 80-90 year old table (thats been in my family for 60 years) out of an otherwise empty house in Birmingham. And get it to St. Pete, FL, almost 600 miles away. Being the only thing that needed moving, regular movers werent a realistic option. Scott was able to break to table down within a few days and store it in his shop for a few more days until the weekend when I could drive to meet him. He was willing to drive to N. FL where we met at a random gas station off the interstate. He then packed everything into my car to bring home.I offered twice to pay him more, one of which was after hed just finished packing up my car in the August FL sun. He declined both times. As another reviewer said, well worth every cent.It wouldve been a gut punch to lose the table that I played on growing up and Scott was able to get it to me in great shape, great time, and great price. I wish I could hire him to put it back together here in St. Pete!

Scott was reliable, efficient and fairly priced. He follows up and shows up, even a few minutes early. He picked up a used pool table for me, delivered it to me and put on new felt. He also helped me confirm the quality of the pool table I purchased.I called other places, all were more expensive. One business charged 3x his price. If you call a business for moving pool tables and it says this call may be recorded do not use them. They contract locally with people like Scott and up-charge for their service-by $1,000 in my quote.You cannot go wrong with Scotts service, he has been doing this for 2 decades and knows what he is doing.

The owner, Scott Pierce, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft. I called and had Scott put on new felt and redo my rails for me. He ordered the materials and had my rails complete quickly, two days. They were exceptional, he then removed my old felt checked to make sure my slate was still level, re waxed, and then refelt my table. It looks great. It plays like a brand new table.
