Terrible place to work. Lots of stress and yelling by manager. Broke Federal Law by insisting that I give details regarding a Doctors appointment. Management speaks down to employees. No wonder they have lots of turnover. STAY AWAY!

Without a shred of remorse or consideration for others, these guys willfully block 3 out of 4 lanes of highway 78 during evening rush hour traffic thereby causing a terrible traffic jam. When confronted, the only response from them is “you have to get over in the one open lane”. Aside from that, they are a poor business with overpriced product and bad customer service. I would actually recommend Amazon instead.

As a Home builder and remodeler, I buy supplies from this store. Today I took back 2 16 foot rolls of LED Light strips. They were installed approximately 2 months or less ago. The home owner took possession of their home about a month ago and lights quit working after the first use. I called two weeks ago and was told they would replace with in a week. Today 2-2-18 after not hearing from them, I made a trip to store. With in 15 mins Im told that they only have a thirty day warranty. But if I had bought their light brand it would be covered. I was never told about brands or even given the option to buy another brand. They also knew that I was a contractor installing on a job where a warranty would be required.With all this said the service is terrible. Light Bulb Depot will not stand behind there product. So as a local builder, I will not recommend Light Bulb Depot.

This Store is always helpful and usually has what we need. We are a commercial lighting company and we run into odd things all the time. LBD Birmingham is our go to place.

Friendly and recommended another lighting store to me since he did not have the bulb I needed in stock. He helped me score a heat bulb for my dogs on a 6 degree night!

Their products are mislabeledi mported junk.Labels show bulbs as equivalentto products you knw, bu,t when installed, they dont perform as labeled. This is a dim bulb outfit. Dont expect quality products that perform as labeled.

They are so slow and so rude. The lasy working here repeatly told me I was wrong. When we talked to her manger she got an attitude. That’s all she she gave us. Never apologize. Key word unprofessional
