Yummy yogurt with lots of varieties in flavors and toppings! Very clean as well. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the customer service. We walked in and the cashier just stared at us. Didn’t greet us or anything. Same thing when we went to check out, didn’t say anything to us until we spoke first.

Great place to take the kids first a quick snack.

Tastes great! Plenty of gluten-free options. Way too expensive for what you get.

Nice open space store perfect for parties and a large outside area. You can set up outside and have a gathering and definitely social distance and still get space at umbrella covered tables

This has become the nastiest yogurt Mountain I have ever been in! The last 2 times...which today was my last...the floors and counters were full of food and trails of yogurt on the floor, while the cashier was laying her head on the counter looking at her phone...only had5 flavors of yogurt but that didnt seen to bother her as she never acknowledged anyone!!!

Ice cream and yogurt is good but this place needs a good cleaning. When did it become acceptable for employees to sit on the counter? Maybe they should be cleaning. Bathroom door for girls doesn’t lock.

Online it says this store opens at 11:00 It actually didn’t open until 1:00. When I finally walked in the smell of dirty mop water hit me at the door. Their was barely any fruit toppings although the labels were placed on display. I decided I just wouldn’t get any yogurt today. Lastly, the floor was extremely dirty and sticky. Very unacceptable!

Not impressed. Store was dirty. The outside tables had what appeared to be weeks of filth on them. Several of the chairs were broken. Nearly half of the machines did not have yogurt, were broken or out idk. Of the ones that were operational almost half had ice cream instead of yogurt. If I wanted ice cream Id go to dairy queen. They did not have chocolate yogurt, what kind of place doesnt sell chocolate? I do not think I will ever go back.

My kids and i love this place! Everyone is always friendly, its always clean! We visit at least once a week. Oh and it doesnt hurt that they offer a rewards program and tons of money saving coupons!!!

Awful.No one acknowledged that we walked in. Common sense when it comes to customer service. It was very rude and awkward. Good customer service is making your guests feel welcomed and comfortable in your establishment. One girl was glued to her phone in the corner that I didn’t even notice her till we were checking out, and another had her headphones. They at least had the cups and bowls stocked and knew where the spoons were.The ice cream was opaque and icy. As if previously melted and then refrozen. Maybe something is wrong with the machine?We payed over 15$ - it’s WAY cheaper at a “Gourmet” place downtown like Big Spoon Creamery or Jeni’s (we should have just traveled the distance). Obviously, Yogurt Mountain isn’t established as a “gourmet” dessert shop, but they could barely meet the standards upon which was established.My husband and I took a few bites and felt unsettled at the discoloration and terrible texture. Do yourself a favor: take the whole family into town for some good ice cream/frozen dessert. Or even Coldstone, which is less than a mile away.My husband and I used to love frozen yogurt shops. Yogurt Mountain used to be a hit. But this one just blows.

Staff person had a very unpleasant attitude. Not customer friendly. But that is one person, hopefully they will have staff soon that are friendly.

Yogurt was icy and seemed to have gotten too warm at some point. Service, as always, was just adequate - not their focus. Since its expensive for self-serve, the product had better be good and it isnt.

Several items were empty or stuck together at the bottom of the bowls. Both girls working are lazy at least that night. One sit on the counter the whole time and the other would not get her face out of her phone. We sit outside and I watched her ring somebody up and it was wild because she couldnt get through the transaction without looking at her phone. She must be on some transplant list and waiting to see if the organ she needs is available yet. That has to be why she put her phone above every customer that came in. I can understand if that is the reason...

Not the cleanest and the ac must have been broken because it felt better outdoors than it did inside..toppings were empty,smelled like a dumpster over by the ice cream machines and one man was sampling the flavors by putting it on his fingers straight out of the machines and on to the next...yeah probably wont be back at this location.🥴

Bad smell, only 3 machines working, and Victoria M, the cashier today was unnecessarily rude.

They were out of almost everything but that isnt the employees fault at all. watermelon sorbet is always super pog, lots of toppings which my little sister rly liked. i hate being this person bc i work in the food industry so i get it, but the younger black girl wasnt wearing a mask, and the blonde girl w the corpse husband hoodie went out to smoke, n then continued working w out washing her hands :/ i normally wouldnt care much tbh, but were in a pandemic. neither of them were friendly, barely spoke..employees are young and prob dont wanna be there- i understand, capitalism sucks, but there has to be some sort of standards.

Everyone loves this place the employees are always so nice and it is always clean the price is a little steep but as a treat every now and then it is great!

After sitting down to enjoy my yogurt I found a fruit fly inside of my bowl. The same nice employee who told me I could serve myself a new fresh yogurt, began to play his music next to my table. He was singing along all the curse words and profanity lyrics of his rap music. After 5 minutes of this crazy music I had no other choice then to leave the ac indoors and step outside and finish my yogurt that was melting pretty fast since it was about 85 degrees.

Fun place. Kid and I had not gone for a while. We found they had some new toppings and flavors.

One person working. All of the toppings were empty. Asked for more toppings and was told it would be ten minutes to get more whip cream. My frozen yogurt would not be frozen anymore if I waited for the toppings to be refilled again. The one person working was on his cell phone the whole time and not doing his simple job of making sure the toppings, the most important part of this establishment, were available.

Every time we go here, EVERY staff member is wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this location. So helpful, and customer service is always GREAT!

Our experience at Yogurt Mountain was great, it started to pour down raining when we were there celebrating my daughter birthday and the young man that work their took his time and walk us to the curve with a umbrella so we didnt get wet. That was the best, I think he said his name was Justin anyway he rocks

Very expensive! !!! Dont fill up the smallest cup, youll end up paying $10 for one cup of ice cream. We made the mistake of getting 3 full cups and decking them out----like to have fell out when she weighed them and told me it was $32. And experience it was, one I wont make again. Ive cream was good, may go back sometime when in the area, but will only get a little next time. They need a sign explaining how it works for those who havent been there before. DONT MAKE OUR MISTAKE

Three employees working and they didn’t have any waffles available. They seemed quite busy so I don’t understand why that would not be something necessary to do. Making sure the product is available and not even close to closing hours. Wow!

Drove all the way from Moody to this location, got there at 8 p.m. and they had a hand-written sign on the door saying they were closed. Everything I can find online says they are open till 10.
