Amazing! We were on a road trip and drove out of our way to stop here. They don’t advertise that all their ingredients are vegan but they are… a little secret that makes their cinnamon buns a million times more amazing (without common allergens of eggs and dairy, plus cruelty free)! They have several flavor combos to choose from or you can build your own by topping the bun with your choice of frosting and toppings (and they have tons of options to choose from - it really blew me away!). They also have edible cookie you can buy in a container or load a scoop of it up with toppings. The cookie dough is to die for. Pricing of everything is very affordable. They currently have pumpkin spice seasonal rolls (amazing) and limited time pizza rolls which were a perfect “dinner” before digging into a loaded dessert roll. They even have mini rolls and cakes and do catering. Literally an option for everyone. I love this place and would be there all the time if I was local. Staff is accommodating and really kind! Customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Its a little expensive but very good. Almost addicting. I loved the smell when I first walked in. Everything smelt like cinnamon buns. I got the Vulcan roll. Highly recommend. It has cream cheese icing, chocolate chips, and caramel. I loved that they warmed it before giving it to me.

Even if you’re not a big fan of cinnamon rolls, do yourself a favor and get one anyway! OMG! Fantastic!! Customer service was good and they got the treats to us fairly quickly.

I normally like to take a photo of my food before I post a review. I made a mistake this time by tasting just a tiny bit of the icing. That mistake coupled with the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls caused me to devour the scrumptious treat before I could snap a pic.You might think that this would be a morning stop for breakfast and coffee but that is not the case. They do not even open until 10am. This is more of a desert stop or a skip lunch so you can get a treat stop.They have cookie dough that is scooped like ice cream and then cinnamon rolls that you can add toppings to. The coffee is good and comes from Babba Java which I have reviewed before.The icing tastes like it is home made with all natural ingredients, it is not your typical icing.You need to try this place soon, before the lines get too long. I saw a box of minis and thought that might be a good alternative to birthday cupcakes.Sorry about my pitiful photos, the rolls were to good to wait. I will try again next time.

Finally ate here last night, and I was impressed! The buns were a little smaller than anticipated but it was good! I had the Campfire s’mores! So sweet and tasty! Everything is vegan so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s really good and I highly recommend. My picture is after I took it home but it originally looked good and fresh.

My favorite place for a sweet vegan treat! The icing is so much better than standard cream cheese icing. It is light, fluffy and just enough of sweet! The dough is perfectly seasoned and the cinnamon roll is not too rich. I love the praline roll! Great service and fresh ingredients make this sinful treat more heavenly!😇

This place is so, so good. Weve been going here once a week for a while now. Indulgent, delicious.The fact that its vegan blows my mind. Not a vegan? Go anyway: you would never know its diary-free.

I finally got by! Had an excellent experience. Couldnt decide what to buy. So I bought a signature cinnamon bun (banana something) and a customized cinnamon bun with lemon icing. I ordered an individually wrapped banana nut bread and chocolate brownie. It was delicious.

Cinnaholic is miles above the rest. Let me tell you. The family friendly staff, the fresh flavor, the aromatic ingredients tickling my nostrils. The list is endless. Went for my first time tonight. I was conservative, since it was my first time... I got the “old skool” roll and it was FANTASTIC!! The icing was pretty perfect! I would 100x recommend the old skool roll!!!

My wide has dairy allergies, the place is totally dairy free. Wonderful, delicious

Amazing cinnamon rolls!!!

Took my kids there for the first time today and we were all so excited. Went in and and their were 2 workers and I guess the manager. I said hi and got no response. Everyone was dead silent. It was super awkward. No one asked for our order or offered any kind of friendly greeting or conversation. After standing there for a minute, everyone just looking around, I left without purchasing anything. My kids were disappointed. My husband went in and asked if anyone greeted me and the manager said the cashier said hey and that I must not have heard her because of the mask. Even if she muffled hey, no one said anything else. Even the manager who in my opinion should have been the most friendly. Didn’t even ask for our order. Won’t be visiting again and very disappointed because it smelled good. Definitely need some customer service and leadership training because that falls on leadership.

A friend of mine brought me one all the way from another state and even after the plane ride destroyed it, it was still one of the best cinnamon rolls I have had in a long time, I will definitely need to try one hot if I ever visit them

Was here last night and while I waited the cashier gave us free cookie dough and pulled up a seat for us to sit. Old school customer service. Thought that was so cool. Is recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the food was great

I have been in Cinnaholic for the third time. The cinnamon rolls were very good, but MAN the customer service there is lacking. The place would be so much more successful if they had workers who greeted their customers, asking have you been here before, and at least said thank you for coming into Cinnaholic. I have not met a worker yet who seems to be happy working there and that is sad. I really wish I could have rated them higher but I am big on customer service but like I said the cinnamon rolls were very good.

The staff was friendly & the cinnamon rolls are great!! I could not work here because I would be big as a house from eating these delicious rolls!! The Vulcan & Pecan Pie rolls are my favorite!! Dont believe me?? Go check them out them out for yourself!!😁😁

These cinnamon rolls are delicious! Vegan & dairy free.

We drove 30 minutes to try this place. Purposely got there right at opening so we could get a cinnamon roll before an appointment. The cashier was rude and told us it would be at least 10-15 minutes before any rolls were done baking. I look over and they are bagging cinnamon roll so I asked why we couldnt just use one of those and she said they were from yesterday. We told her that was fine. Over all very disappointing experience. Not to mention a pack of 3 baby buns (extremely small/bite size cost us as much as one of the large fully loaded cinnamon buns. We will definitely not be back. I hope not having rolls ready when they open isnt part of thier business model especially since there was 5 other people in line behind us.

The roll was good. I came in about 45 minutes before they were about to close, and I was not greater with friendly service and I was rushed to place my order.

Got an Old Skool (plain cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting), just as they were coming out of the oven. Absolutely delicious! Can’t speak for all of the flavors or if it isn’t straight from the oven, but mine was fabulously gooey, buttery and sweet.

I would give this place 13 stars if I could. AMAZING.

I took my daughter to Cinnaholic last Saturday for the first time. When my wife quietly asked that they wear their mask while preparing my 4 year old daughters food the employee turned to my wife and said dude, really out loud in front of everyone... Then said shes clean and has the test to prove it. This made us and everyone in the store very uncomfortable. So we cancelled our order and left. I wish we could speak to the quality of the food because my daughter was very upset that she wasnt able to eat there..

I really wanted to like this place and was so excited to try it, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The frosting was grainy and the cinnamon roll lacked flavor, plus the roll was a little dry. To add insult to injury, they werent enforcing their mask policy. Unfortunately I dont think Ill be returning here.

I really hope this review can help outweigh the negative. Because, oh, my, GOODNESS! I was at home around 8:35 looking at frozen Cinnabon’s at Walmart.com (meh). I googled “cinnamon rolls near me” and this place popped up! 19 mins til closing, but I live 6 minutes away. When I saw the photos, I was like “yea, worth it.” I called on my way there because I didn’t wanna be “that guy” lol and all was well. I walked in and they were so nice. The older gentleman (older than me: I’m 25) was very sweet, and the girl was cleaning but she’s the one who answered the phone. I just wanna say service was 10/10 and I didn’t feel like “that guy” for walking in 5 min til close. I told him how I found out about the place and promised I’d share my excitement with the family :) sure enough, they sell cookie dough which happens to be my sisters #1 guilty pleasure. I sent her photos on Snapchat and her response was “ITS FINALLY OPEN?!” Lol so she will be there soon. I got home and they were so delicious that I didn’t even warm them up completely; we just pigged out.Lastly, I went online to write the review, and found out it’s 100% vegan! That’s awesome and I say that because that will make this place a staple for many people, but believe me when I say they tasted 10000% amazing and I had not a clue. We’re going for a fancy bun tomorrow :)

The cookie monster sooo good i always bring it home and put it in the microwave to warm it

I came yesterday. The 3 orders in front of me were messed up and the people had to come back in and fix their orders. Then I took my order, when I got to my car I realized it was messed up, I went back in and ask for them to put the topping that I paid for on it. When I did, the worker raised her voice at me saying they didn’t mess up. I showed her that the box even showed they did and she rolled her eyes at me. The next worker very uncomfortably fixed it. Everyone in the store was extremely uncomfortable. Y’all are new and have some kinks to work out with staff, but should never consistently raise your voice at customers- especially when you messed up.

Very nice staff, the rolls were delicious, I’ve been looking for a good vegan place for a while, so glad this place opened up! :))

Overpriced, small and flavor is nothing special. Something out of the freezer section at grocery store is better at far less cost.
