I have bought refurbished units and sent my own to be repaired by the guys. Great customer service and always willing to work with you. Even sent extra filters at no charge when I stepped on mine the day I received it. The warranty is the best! Two years just like when I bought my new one 😁

Our practice has had 3 Dentsply Cavitron units reconditioned with J&M and they are always professional and go overboard to make sure we are happy. Even when we made mistakes installing one of the units Mr. Martin came out to our office and fix the problem. These are good professional people.

Bought a cavitron, had to send it back multiple times for repair - never worked. Now he has the cavitron and refuses to return my money He is not responding to calls or emails now. Sad and bad business here

Time after time they send and dont repair the cavitron units for our dental clinic. Difficult to deal with and we will not be using them again for any services. Poor service, poor quality work all around
