Absolutely LOVE Lush! Out of all the stores I’ve visited (too many to count) this one is by far the best. The people here are always sooo nice and welcoming. They have the best recommendations and even offer product samples without even having to ask. I highly recommend their bath bombs and shower gels. You really can’t go wrong with any of their products! They accept contactless payments like ApplePay also.

My husband and I visited today and we were so blown away at how nice and helpful everyone working at Lush was! Jordan helped us with face masks and beard oils and answered so many questions. We will definitely be back again and again! I already knew I loved Lush products, but having such friendly and kind employees made it that much better!!!!!

Absolutely an incredible experience. Me and both my girls thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Lush at the Summit. The sales people were extremely helpful. They took special interest in helping each of us find very different scents. Check out was a pleasure. The check out lady did an excellent job helping each child get a separate shopping bag for their very own soaps and bath bombs. We had a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience. Went on National Face Mask Day and got two free sample masks. My favorite moisturizer is being discontinued so they let me take home a new one free of charge to test out. 10/10 would lush again

I never heard of this place until yesterday. A group of friends and I dropped by. Jess helped us and she was amazing!!!!!! I purchased this awesome face mask and I am in love with it. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jess for all your help.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and lots of samples to try. I love this store! I cant wait to go back again. Most of their products are organic and if not its because of ethical complications. They have amazing lotions that stay on even after you wash your hands! Im hooked! The products even have a sticker telling who made the products.

Love the Lush store! They have the most wonderful assortment of bath bombs, soaps, moisturizers, and make up. They keep a good assortment of beautifully pre-wrapped bathbombs and other items for quick guest or hostess gifts. Everything can be sampled and you can feel good about putting these products on your hair and skin.

Love this place! Every employee Ive ever encountered is super helpful. Jessie is definitely my favorite! The products may be pricey but its all amazing and if youre unhappy with the product theyre more than happy to exchange it for something different. The difference in my skin and hair is night and day. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

This store was in a very nice setting with very friendly staff. There were very unique bath bombs and lots of good options to choose from.

Dempsey was amazing and patient while standing in the cold telling every customer the new rules due to Covid. She was kind in answering questions.She didnt know this, but I had buried my grandmother one day before and was just needing a pick me up. Always nice to encounter kind people, but it especially meant a lot this specific night.She helped me personally while still addressing questions from other customers and definitely deserved to be complimented!

The staff here is wonderful! Jordan, particularly, remembered us from our first visit over a month ago and was able to help us figure out the best products for our skin! Very helpful to have someone remember you enough to note whether you’ve improved and what adjustments you should make.I can not give Jordan and his peers enough praise! Very kindhearted people!

Lush is amazing. Starting with the actual products, I have been using their hair products for years now and I definitely dont plan on stopping. Fresh, handmade, AND cruelty-free makes these products absolutely amazing. My skin, hair, and pets love these products! The staff at the summit is the BEST!!! Always happy to help and very knowledgeable. Those peeps know their products!!! Ive been turned onto my favorite conditioner (retread) because of them! Never had a better conditioner. Theres something about Lush in that they hire the most fabulous people!! Their customer service is beyond fabulous and obviously their products are wonderful as well!

The employees are amazing. Always willing to help, willing to chat, but also totally understand if you just want to shop on your own. They do their best to be respectful and use fmcorrect pronouns as well. This weekend, one of the store employees was kind and talking to some children outside the store and said lets let this person go. And it may not mean much to the average person, but as someone born and raised in Alabama, it was incredible that he didnt habitually just say this lady or this man. I really truly have never felt more seen and acknowledged as a nonbinary person in regards to a stranger in the deep south in my life. Just one example of many times Ive had great experiences with these lush employees. Love lush products, but the employees at this store make it a pleasure to shop every time. Didnt even get weird looks when I walked in with a mobility aid still wearing LARP gear. Just some open minded people who want to help you have the best experience they can offer! Theyve always been amazing, and if theyve ever needed a moment to check something, they make it incredibly easy to be VERY patient with them since theyre so respectful and friendly. Please give them all a raise. They deal with so much? Especially during a pandemic, and STILL havent lowered service one bit. Always excellent customer service. Ive used Lush products before, and been a huge fan for years -- but my recent experience at The Summit location went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Jordan and Kyi listened attentively to my needs, and Jordan especially took the time to get a full understanding of what I needed and make the appropriate recommendations. I just bought a few things from lush. They weren’t allowing anyone in the store because of COVID 19 but brought things to me to let me smell and were super helpful. When they handed me my bag the lady said she included a small gift( I was thinking it was a sample or something) the gift ended up being a box with four full sized things in it! I definitely recvomend going here to get your bath and body products. 10/10 recommend

If you havent been to lush...youre missing out. The entire place smells like what Id assume heaven would smell like. Their products are all cruelty free and the recycle in store their little black tubs. You bring back 5 tubs and get a free face mask. They have a product for everyone! When you go in just ask one of their people for advice on what to buy. They have solid shampoos and conditioners that save on plastic bottles. They have body scrubs, massage bars, bubble bars, and just LOADS of amazing bath bombs. You can even request a demo of anything in the store and even get some samples to take home to try, including their soaps. Lush is the most environmentally conscious bath store Ive ever come across and I cant think of a better place to get a gift card from for the bath lovers in my life. Its just heaven. Youll agree if you visit them.

I have gone to this location weekly. Today was the first time that I encountered Jeff at the door. Wow, what a different experience! I’m so confused and disappointed that the mask I’ve worn in that store six times didn’t fit tightly enough against my nose and chin today. I will not return and warn others of their very inconsistent and selective COVID policies.

This place is always packed with the younger generation. Lots of bath soaps and salts of all descriptions and fragrances. So many smells it is hard for an Old guy like me to stay in the store for very long before my head hurts. I love the passion the shoppers have for this place.

I love purchasing from this company. I know that my bath/shower products are coming from an ethical source, that pays their workers a livable wage, and works to help make this world a better place. This particular Lush is just as fantastic as the rest. The lady that helped us here today was awesome and helped me pick out items for a better skin care routine and gave us tons of free samples to try. I had such a pleasant experience from this Lush and definitely plan on coming back =)

I love this store, the products are amazing and fun. The staff loves to help and play in the product. They are also amazing at helping you find everything you need without being pushy like the employees in the store on Orlando were. I actually prefer going to this store over shopping online and that is saying something considering it takes me about an hour to get here. Great location too, lots of other places to shop at while you visit.

I love coming here! All the workers are so nice and its nice that you get to try most of their product out before purchasing. They try out different bath bombs during the day, so you might be lucky to see!

This was my first time in a lush and it was such a fun experience. Every staff member was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed their job and talking with customers. The demos where great and they threw in some free samples when I checked out. I hands down recomend this location!

Love love love LUSH! All the employees are so kind and helpful and have had the same enthusiasm as I felt on the opening day! Tonight, Alexa helped my boyfriend and I, and she even sent us home with two samples of a coffee face & body mask since the product I originally wanted has been discontinued. She was so kind and helpful as well as her fellow associate working upfront. The products are always more than I expect which makes the excitement all the better.

Thank god for this store! I am really trying to go as package free as possible in my home, and Lush relieves all of that stress! In three visits Ive purchased shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even lotion - all package free! They even sell convenient metal containers to keep everything in. Also, I was hesitant to allow the store associates to help me at first because usually associates dont have my best interest in mind...but this store if different. The employees there make my experience special and fun every time I visit. They not only recommend great products for my skin and hair, but also put masks and lotions on my hands so I can feel it on my skin before I decide to make the purchase. And if I leave questioning whether or not Id like a product, they make me a little sample to take home! The samples have often left me happy, making me go back to buy the full size thing! I love this place and will continue to be a customer!

Products are all natural and many have to be refrigerated which they forget to tell you is a requirement and not a choice. Anyway, products are natural but way too expensive. My piece of cake soap was 21.00 a slice.

Good products and friendly staff. Hate how overpriced a lot of the stuff is though. Obviously my opinion.. lol. Only shopped here for some Christmas gifts wouldnt otherwise.

The staff here is so, so friendly. they always offer to give free samples and are ready to answer any questions. they are honest and knowledgable about the products. not pushy! the bath bombs are addicting. they are huge and can be broken to be used in more than one bath. the soaps and bubble bars are also great. the smell of the store can be overwhelming but at least it smells good! this is one of my absolute favorite places to visit each time I go to the summit. be careful, you’ll end up spending all your money here!!!

Conveniently located in The Summit shopping area, Lush is a one of a kind store. This one has everything youd expect all other stores to have, but with front door parking. Perfect for running in and grabbing what you need, with easy access to Hwy 280.

Came in today for the first time and it was wonderful. The store in well organized and clean and the staff are all nice. Melissa was such a great help. She answered every single one of my questions, I had plenty! Will be returning soon.

We had a 12yo bday party for 5 girls at Lush. 2 hours of pampering! Girls did facials, made a bath bomb, and tried out all kinds of products from lotions to lip scrubs. + party activities. Shopping at end was awesome. All kids went home with a bag of stuff. Party cost is 100% reimbursed thru gift cards the kids spent at end of party. So much better than the jumpy house parties. So great for tweens or teens. Young adults would love as well. Staff very accommodating. Will be back. Thanks lush staff.

Place smells like an old lady in a perfume swamp. Everything is pretty expensive. They have shampoo bars which seems interesting but they all smell terrible. Their bath bombs are pretty great though, and some of them actually smell good. I have a friend that just started working here. After all her shifts she just keeps saying, I smell like LUSH. She likes it. I hope she doesnt see this.

I visit at least once every couple of months to restock. All the employees are super sweet and knowledgeable on the products, however, the only criticism I have is to agree with a couple of the previous reviewers in that there is such a thing as going overboard on customer service. I know for me, it makes me anxious when I go in a store and the employees keep coming up to me and asking me if I need help. The store is small enough that if I need help, I will tell you. Still rating 5 stars because I do absolutely love this place and think you deserve a 100%.

This is my favorite store!!! I have been a Lush addict for several years now but always had to travel to other states to shop or shop online which isnt much fun, so I only bought from Lush two times a year max. Now that the store is open in Birmingham, I go so much more often!! The store is beautiful, all salespeople are friendly (those who dont like friendly salespeople might try going on a weekday morning, I can barely get any help when I go in the mornings, theres more customers than workers!)and overall I just love this place. They will give you free samples of just about any product :) cant rave enough about Lush products 😍😍 this location is definitely the nicest one Ive been to and a favorite, I will be coming back here at least once a month if not more!

Drove all the way here from Decatur,AL. There was a sales rep named Ashton. That lady really knew about the products and was so down to earth (literally) she told us about how planet friendly many of the products are and let me try some of the products, which I ended up buying 😆

The staff here is absolutley amazing. Alexa was so helpful. I order online but had a question. Even though I wasnt in-store, her interest in my question was genuine & that was so refreshing. Her knowledge of the product was superb. I wish every retailer I dealt with had employees who were as attentive & friendly as Alexa.

I messaged this location on Facebook to find out if they were pet friendly as I knew many of the shops at the Summit are. I was promptly replied to as soon as the store opened and was told that they are. This made my day so much easier since we where already going to be out and about with our dog.When we got there we were greeted with warm smiles and our dog got plenty of attention despite being a bit nervous. I am so happy that there is a Lush Cosmetics in my city and it makes the drive down on Highway 280 worth it ( as hwy 280 is a nightmare) to travel. This location is wonderful, clean, friendly, and such a delight to be in. I love bringing my husband and friends here. 10/10 would recommend!

My guilty pleasure without the guilt! I love saving plastic and knowing everything here is handmade. One of my shampoo bars came apart and the manager showed me how to care for it. She kindly gave me one and a small tin and my bars since then have held up completely. I loveee seeing my baths light up with color after a long day at work. 10/10 would reccommend.

I was in this store for the first time and it was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable about everything. They could answer anything I through at them and then some.

I am in complete agreeance with a previous reviewer. While the products are amazing, the employees can make you feel overwhelmingly uncomfortable. The store is already small, and quite busy most of the time. Couple that with employees who breathe down your neck and you just have a rushed atmosphere. Hopefully some employees will learn to be not so pushy and learn you can supervise the store without making good customers feel like theyre looked at as potential thieves.

This store is amazing. Every woman, nay, human should visit this store and use their products. HOWEVER, with that being said, can the employees take a step back? I fully understand that keeping close quarters with customers drastically cuts down on theft and that you want to be able to tell the customer everything thats is in the bath bomb they pick up. But, when someone enters the store, greets the sales associate that greets them, then politely says they would just like to browse a bit, and yes to the question have you been in before? and great! to the comment let me know if you need anything. maybe dont bombard them every 30 seconds with more unwanted information. Keep a distanced eye on the shifty conniving 30-year-old female with no bags in her hands. (Oh she slipped her hand in her pocket! Oh, she was just getting her cell phone.) im not saying that customer service isnt appreciated. Im just saying sometimes its way overboard. Try to read your clientele. I spent less than $20 in the store but definitely would have purchased more than $50 if I had felt comfortable enough to browse at my own leisure. I didnt even get all the way around the store before I just decided to buy the two bath bombs that I had in my hand so that I could leave. Seriously though, the products here are amazing. And thats why Im giving you five stars. I do not want your rating to go down.
