Very busy, but all the store was clean and organized. The employees were cheerful and welcoming.They greeted you and said come back to see us.

Customer service has always been pretty good here. They usually greet you when you enter and leave. One night, there was one cashier running 3 registers at once. She still maintained a customer-friendly attitude, even though I could tell she was tired.

Bulk Sugar, no cream or milk, a little neglected Gas Station, a door window broken in my right side fellow truck driver truck last night, my breakfast order was wrong, people knocking my door asking things while I was sleeping. Human resources looks poor. Anyway thanks. The security dontvwork

DRIVERS BEWARE Stayed here 10-21-2021. Someone stole our tarps, slashed our straps and the shower was not cleaned between uses. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. This was a very expensive stay. And we even payed for reserve parking.

The dedicated separate RV fuel islands are a godsend. Lots of fuel pumps for both cars and big trucks as well. Great competitive prices here. Store was well stocked. Mens room clean. Friendly staff.Picked up some hot food from the hot bar.All in all a pretty decent truck stop.

This place has a really comfortable parking lot its nice spacious opened easy to park in each of the slots diesel pumps or a nice to go in and out now inside bathrooms are nice and clean but the service is a little slow they tend to get preoccupied talking with each other which is a negative everywhere inside they have a Dennys they got their laundromat well its not a bad place to do a long stay

Good truck stop but food quality not according to flying j they only serve peproni pizza no chicken pizza and crispy spicy chicken sandwich is not spicy and not crispy its like melted crisp on chicken. Food not good.

I travel the country all year round and only stop at pilot. This is the first pilot I have even been asked to leave because the security guard didnt like how my RV looked. This flying j shouldnt even be able to call its self a pilot. I will tell everyone I know about my experience at this pilot. The guard call me a bum because I have what he called hippie painting all over it. I still cant believe how bad this pilot was.

Showers need to be cleaned!!! But..It’s a place to park, showers are not clean, (I got my own cleaning supplies with me so I clean the shower myself.) water pressure and temperature is 5⭐️! People here just seem to have there own “click”.. they treat everyone different, just sit back and watch the show and you’ll see what I mean... 😕🤷‍♂️ it’s a ruff area as they do have security driving around and watching the parking lot..

I just love all Flying J truck stops! I must say they have some of the nicest employees. The showers are also better than the competition.When nature calls or your stomach is growlin somethin crazy... just stop on in.As soon as u walk in, the cinnamon rolls are staring at u (I swear they say “buy me”) it’s very tempting to pass’em up. Well today I got one. The nice young lady was right, there ready to answer my call of hunger. I personally recommend these Cinnabons.I did find something rather unique to this location, I’ve never seen at others. Upon stepping up to the far right urinal, u can’t help but notice all the names etched in the stone. Unfortunately I didn’t have any tool to contribute my name to the wall. Possibly they could hang something on a string so everyone can leave they’re mark (just say “Bill was here”)So stop on in, u won’t be disappointed!

Ive been stopping at this location for 5 yrs since Ive started driving trucks. But the last yr Ive witness several times that the store GM as someone said her status was, has been into an argument with the Security Guards exchanging profanity. Most recent last wk. Very unprofessional of her and a bad look on Flying J. Last yr a couple of times also overheard her cussing at one of the guards. The same thing a buddy of mine who works for the same trucking company said he witnessed also. We will no longer stop at this location, weve never seen or heard anything like this at Loves or Petro.

Are you seriously going to let people block in the entire line of trucks without a care in the world. Yall need do something about this!

The staff at this location are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I called ahead to ask if they had bacon, sausage, and eggs, not just sandwiches, for breakfast after 6 AM. I was assured that they did indeed have those. They did not.But you can get those in Dennys.No maam, Dennys costs twice as much and I dont have time to wait for an order.Then to add insult to injury, the girl tried to charge me $.55 twice for ice cups. So much respect for drivers but half the parking space is 15$ a night. Didnt pay it today, wont pay it in the future. I was planning to park, get a shower and buy some stuff. Got nothing from me :)

Cashier staff are rude and incompetent. I needed to request $ from my company to buy antifreeze, but the staff wouldnt give me the price with taxes included. All the other Pilots Ive been to never decline that. Loss of revenue

The security here is extremely aggressive, I can here them from inside the building screaming at driver from the parking lot. To clarify I was at the Dennys door but still. Ive also seen them threaten drivers. Look no one is trying to die over a parking spot.

What is the cashier named Mallies problem. I have never had someone talk to me the way she did. She insulted me and embarrassed me all in a matter of 3 minutes. And all I did was say I should have plenty of showers. I get that covid is making it hard to keep employees but her attitude is unacceptable.

Be aware of your surroundings at this Flying J - While getting fuel in the RV lane, we were approached by a very drunk (or drugged) man requesting money. Scary situation, made us very uncomfortable. Also, be aware that this station is VERY busy - many cars getting fuel in the RV lanes - plan for alternative stop if possible.

Stopped in on my way to Atlanta for gas. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. If its your thing, this particular stop has in house hot cooked food being served. They also have a Cinnabon stand in house. I found it to be pretty much like any other truck stop. If I were in the area again and needed a fill up, I would stop in again.

Ive been to pilot flying js all across the country. This is one of the cleanest. Their staff is about the friendliest Ive ever seen. And I mean all of them. Im just blown away. Its like they truly get it. I can go other places for fuel and shower. But if I have the opportunity to drive a few miles more to get hear. Ill do it. Thanks so much

Worst service ever! The two employees that we interacted with, did not say anything! One just stared blankly as if we were not speaking to her at all. Very awful service, and I hope that those traveling do not think this behavior represents this city. Stop at the next exit.

So I just watched employees dump the used cooking grease into the recycling bins outside, as they were pouring it in - it was overflowing out into the parking lot. looks as if its been happening for a while as the employees were NOT surprised in the slightest and keeped pouring, and with all the grease everywhere.Is a EPA violation and fine cheaper than having a company come out and empty the bins ? Ordered a Cali Club and the waitress is going to act like I wont notice Im missing avocado lol not sure why I keep trying to give this place a chance but Im done with this location.

Possibly the worst gas station On planet earth! Due to their credit/debit policies. I’d rather walk to work or starve to death

A few really nice people.Otherwise coffee is never made when i come in, profanity laced street music being blasted from the stock room behind the ice tea area, bathrooms without paper towels, toilet paper or seat protectors.I have seen, on several occasions, the day shift ladies lock up 3 of the 5 bathroom stalls for personal use... including the handicap stall leaving a rather large truck plaza with 2 bathroom stalls and no paper stocked up.A couple of the younger ladies could use some attitude tuning. It could go better or worse very quickly.

This pilot stop has plenty of parking still mostly full at night hours., shower was clean and good pressure .. i saw security guard van patrolling near parking spaces.....

I spent 3 days at this flying J. There was nothing to order at the restaurant eventhough it was open. Poor customer service. There were No salmon, No T-bone, No any kind of steak, No green smoothie, No brown rice. I asked them what was going on and they said the delivery truck will come next day. But I experienced the same thing every time I went in there to order something. They let u sit first, take ur order and come back with the same negative answer. I would definitely replace the whole team!!

Large parking. Good selection of hot food to go. Almost no air hoses for airing up truck tires. The three hoses availaible have the wrong air chuck. Cant air up inside tire with angled air chuck. About 100 years of truck services and Flying J Pilot still obviously dont think having tires aired up is important.

Quick easy access to fuel islands and clean bathrooms and showers. Good food and open late.

Normally I write positive reviews but today isnt that day. I usually visit this Dennys every other week (truck driver life). However their portions are at least 35-50% less than any other dennys that Ive visit on the east coast. I dont know what happens to the rest of my food but Im highly encouraging you to check your food. Especially if you get a To-Go order . Below is one picture of a Fit fare slam They slam had more spinach than Egg and alot of excess water at the bottom. If it wasnt running late I wouldve turned my truck around.Tonight I came here and ordered food and the same thing happened. I brought to the managers attention. Hes correcting it so well see when he brings it back out

I’ve never had a worse experience at a truck-stop. Myles who referred to himself as the assistant general manager was incredibly rude because I wanted to return an inverter I had purchased for 275 dollars the same night because it was obviously used and I wanted a new one. It offended him and he then went to each employee and talked about me while eyeing me down the entire time all before just refunding me my money and letting me go. I should’ve known it was gonna be trouble when he was kicking a customer out when I originally walked in. I’m so offended I’ll never spend another cent here and I will be calling corporate in the morning.

It got 1 star because only way I could make comment. I am a well traveled over 50 person. I have seen bathrooms at concerts and bars and sporting events that you just could not imagine. Todays visit to the Bathroom at Flying J on Daniel Payne in Ala was the worst. Health department should be called i left after 2 a tall that i tried to enter were FULL to top with excrement The smell is still with me. We r in a health Pandemic I view this as a life threatening Do Not stop there. The young man as cashier was pleasant .

Basic Flying J, nice staff, decent food

The management and staff were very rude towards white customers. Not just me but a few other patrons as well. The lady in charge somehow managed to screw up the fact that I wanted $35 on my pump. The security guard got rather hostile with as well. The guard and lady in charge were yelling across the parking lot at me instead of walking over to me to resolve the issue. The guards name was Sam and her name was Joy Sparks. She was not a joy to deal with and I refuse to deal with this one again. Not to mention the lot lizards that were taking up a gas pump and blocking me from leaving the station

This place is alright it is off of I-65 x264, a quarter of a mile south of I-22 If you are a truck driver in the mid day time is a pretty good time to and get some rest the fuel line are little bit crowed but not to bad I thought the service was alright good time to get a shower before the evening time that when everything changes, like all the rest of the truck stops, in the Midwest going east, everybody starts to come in around 5 to 10 pm around 10 the place is pretty well pact, and there is not parking on the side streets or on the ramps so if you cant find any place to park you will have to keep it moving,.. If you are a traveler hauling a camper or just in a car they have quite a bit of parking in front of Dennys

They advertise bonus points for fueling with their app, but the keypads on the pumps dont work, so you dont get credit for fueling. What a racket.

Only stopped for something to drink but the store was nice as well as the staff. Everything looked really clean. Theres a restaurant in there but I dont remember which one it is.

Wasnt the cleanest rest stop/gas station but the staff was nice. They had all the basic needs, snacks, drinks, car essentials. But bathrooms were not exactly up to par for me.

This particular truck stop/travel center is great. I enjoy stopping at the one off exit 104 in McCalla, Al. Its on my way to to work so Ill stop for their coffee and such things. Again great service from the folks their.

Not a new building but they carry a lot of items & they keep it clean. The best thing about the place is Penny who does the cinnabon! She is always so cheerful & greats everyone who comes in.

The Flying J on Daniel Payne has a Dennys inside. All ima say is $5.99 Grand Slam breakfast!! Hot fresh coffee and pancakes fluffy and buttery.. Go! Eat! Enjoy!

Customer service is always great here for what it is. This time noticed the outside wasnt as clean as I have notices in past visits, although the inside was nice as usual. They have a great selection of items and the staff are actually friendly and helpful.

This place is a trucker haven. Just remember what that entails when you stop there. And the food at the restaurants fine unlike most places like this.

Our Server had an attitude. She came to out table once as we were leaving. The shift manager was great. He took our order and served us. The food was decent. As we were getting in the car, a huge rat ran in front of me. I wont be going back.

Was fairly decent place to fill up, stretch, and buy snacks. Lately, management is not patrolling front lot so all manner of ppl wanting $, sad stories (mostly fake). I hate going into and leaving because panhandlers wont leave me alone.

If you are not getting gas park in available parking near the door so the person who is can pump their gas!! Great place. Cinnamon rolls smell so good cooking.

The bathrooms were definitely not clean. It was busy. The parking lot reeked of piss right next to the building. There were some sketchy characters lingering around. To park its fine but probably not much else.

Zae was so sweet! Greeted us. Store was clean, well organized. No dust on the books in thier bins. Glass displays were very clear. Very friendly, very polite.

Pretty busy as most Travel Centers are and has definately made some headway since last year. It seems to be cleaning up nicely from the rep it used to have. But again I havent been there after dark much either which can be different

Usually love this place, the roller food, the giant drinks, the snacks... the clean restrooms and the friendly service. The last time,two weeks ago,ALL of that gone. No roller food, restroom closed, giant cups NO lids and the man at the counter could not be bothered. Please improve ASAP.

There were no hand soap and body wash left in the dispenser. Otherwise staff was friendly. Please have someone maintain the showers like every other flying j and pilot I have been to.

The man that helped me was very polite. He had a great attitude when checking me out. Its very hard to find people with his attitude in this day and age. Very happy

The worlds largest pot hole at the Truck enterance!! Brilliant.

They have an RV island with a dump station, and separate fresh water fill up. Working tire air and clean windshield wash water. The fuel pumps work properly, too. No running in and out to the fuel desk to fill up. Bathrooms were fairly clean and didnt stink like the Flying J I stopped at 2 hours ago.

Just had dinner there yesterday afternoon. Bourbon chicken skillet. At first I was fine. Then I had a sharp pain in my stomach. Next thing I know I can barely move. Then I through up all my food it was nasty. Ill never be back.

Best one ive ever been too. Lots of truck.parking. Set up so drivers are not overflow parking and in the way. The store is clean and fully stocked. Dennys was big portions and got the order correct.

Stopped in for propane. After calling the desk and waiting 15 minutes for service I was told the attendant WAS TO TIRED TO PUMP PROPANE. Pumping propane is NOT a labor intensive job. Amazing how many people do nothing but wait on a check.

A regular stop for me when I travel between Mississippi and Georgia state monthly. Clean well stocked store with very nice staff and a large variety of food, drinks, and supplies even gifts and souvenirs to select from in addition to the attached food chains. Parking lot is always clean and access to and from the highway is easy.

As a OTR trucker I stop at truck stops all over the country. From the moment I walked through the door I knew this was not going to be a good experience. Overall the place was clean and well stocked. The staff was another story. From management on down, not a single professional in the bunch. Yelling across the store. Profane and lewd conversations between staff members and staff and I guess regular customers. Went to Dennys and waited almost 40 minutes for my meal. When I walked in there were only two customers. By the time my meal arrived at least 10 other customers were in and least half of those had their meals. Horrible service and will definitely not return.
