Not only are the customer service and the eyeglass options here fantastic, but the care really is top notch. Dr. Elston takes the time to explain to me exactly what is going on with my eyes and what to watch for, with the aid of their great and up-to-date equipment. I wont trust my eyes to anyone else. I love Dr. Most but the reception staff is the fakest “nice” you’ll ever encounter. Clear that they really don’t care about the patients nor is this stressed as important by the doctors. You can get a feel for the atmosphere of the office with the receptionists and the way they interact. No personality or attempt to get to know the patients. Unfortunately, I have yet to find another eye doctor but I am on the lookout now. Plus the prices for glasses are outrageous. Not a good fit.

CAE is wonderful! I’ve been seeing Dr. Most for about 10 years and couldn’t be happier. He spends the extra time to clearly explain everything and you can tell he truly cares about each of his patients. When Dr. Most started CAE, I was happy to follow him and his CAE team is just as caring as he is. Highly recommend!

Ive now been coming here for five years and it is still the best place! The doctor stays with you for the entire appointment so they really know your eyes. He just found a little infection that Im sure my old place would have missed. My contacts are starting to be a little weird, so he is investigating different brands. They are the most thorough eye place Ive ever been to. And super nice!

I have nothing but good things to say about this eye center. The staff is courteous professional and always friendly. My doctor is always willing to answer any questions or concerns I might have. The location is very convenient too. They offer you water or coffee while you wait for your eyes to finish dialating. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait before the doctor comes in to examine you but its to be expected. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good eye doctor to make an appointment!

I am from out of state and had inflammation in my eyelid while visiting my son in Michigan. My son had visited this office before and it was the only one I knew, so I gave them a call to see if they could fit me in on a Friday morning when they would be closing early because of the Dream Cruise. They were able to accommodate me and Dr. Most provided me with a thorough and comprehensive exam. He quickly diagnosed my issue and provided relief. Even though I am out of state and hopefully will not need to use their services again, they sent me a thank you note and follow up. This is truly great service and concern for the patient that you dont always find today. The office staff was courteous and efficient in helping me with the insurance procedures. I highly recommend this practice.

Modern facilities, latest equipment, highly skilled doctors. I was told about an allergy on my inner eyelid that no other doctor has ever been able to diagnose. Glasses selection is limited, but its all the right inventory in that its modern and affordable with brands you wont see your friends wearing. Staff is very good at working with you to determine the best frames for your face. Overall, feels like a very personalized experience.

My Husband (Demetrius)had excruciating pain in right eye,went to multiple urgent cares, they couldn’t fine anything wrong. So God lead us to Dr Most he’s phenomenal!!!!! Very Knowledgeable of the eyes & understanding & compassionate we recommend everyone to him...Staff was very nice & friendly to!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been going here for three years and really like the staff and doctors. Dr. Elston is great with my kids and even watched my baby while I had to go into another room to get a test. After getting some scans of my eyes, he thoroughly went over what we were looking at, and what healthy and unhealthy would look like.Parking is also super easy, which I was worried about. The only issue weve ever had is my husband was trying to get his pupillary distance they measured and was told they would only give it if he bought glasses from them. But I still give them 5 stars for my personal experience!

Came here for an eye exam, as well as for new glasses and contacts, and had very helpful staff and doc. I felt like everything was being communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and appreciated that Dr. Most talked through the results of the various tests in detail (more detail than Ive received from any previous eye doc over the past several years). First time ever anyone approached me in the street and asked me where I got my glasses. She was also able to help me maximize my insurance and get a pair of sunglasses too. I had a great experience during my first visit to Clarity. I called on a Friday morning and was scheduled for an early Saturday morning appointment which works well for my work schedule. The building itself is in great condition. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and offered coffee. All points of the process were thoroughly covered and explained. Dr. Elston and his staff do an outstanding job.

The eye doctor was amazing but the receptionist staff is rude and difficult. Worth it for now since we like the doctor but may be switching just due to the discomfort caused by the receptionists.

I just picked up my New Rudy Project glasses. This has been hands-down the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist. Finding glasses that you can use as safety glasses, sunglasses, and every day eyewear is hard. Through some searching both online and around town I found Clarity Advanced Eyecare. They had exactly what I was looking for with their Rudy Project line Andrea was great and getting everything set up with my insurance and the customer service is top notch every time I sent an email I had a reply within minutes. After this experience I can say I have truly found Clarity with Clarity Advanced Eyecare. I wont go anywhere else.

My visit to Clarity was great! Ive been wearing glasses since I was 9 and Ive never had such a thorough eye exam. Ive been to a lot of places and seen a lot of doctors and Dr. Most is a great optometrist, never making feel rushed and answering all my questions. I wasnt happy with my current contacts so Dr. Most gave me 2 different brands to try so I can decide. Ive made a decision and will be ordering my contacts from Clarity.

Staff is nice but had to wait a very long time to be caked back and then again after eyes were dilated. Pretty tough for a young kid to wait that long.

Dr. Most is the best optometrist I have seen over the last 15 years. Through numerous moves, Ive been to a handful of eyecare facilities. I have yet to find a cleaner, more state of the art office. After being greeted by the friendly staff, I was offered a coffee and waited for my appointment while watching TV. The eye exam felt exceptionally thorough and was pleasant to the point that I wasnt hoping it would be over soon. After choosing some new glasses, I was also able to find a new pair of Maui Jims that I had been searching for. Its nice to have a local place to buy designer sunglasses without having to go to the mall.I cannot say enough about how much I recommend this office, and immediately scheduled an appointment for my wife and daughter. This place is top notch!
