I went through the drivethru on Wednesday October 27, 2021 and the barista taking my order kept cutting me off while I was trying to order, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive what I ordered and paid for! Because she was in such a hurry to take my order she didn’t even give me what I wanted.

Always so pleasant here. I usually do the mobile app ordering and they always have great attitudes there.

This Starbucks is really good, my coffee is always hot and even if the line is extensive you always get through quickly. Their drive-thru operation is somewhat similar to Chick-fil-A.

Love how convenient this store is to my home. Always great and Amanda is the best!!!

This the third time in the row that they messed up our orders.The first time we sort of let it go and the second time we told them and we got what we ordered but thought we’d give them another chance.But 3 times in the row are more than coincidence and just being careless.This is the last time we’ll visit this location.

I love this location solely for the reason that Amanda works there in the drive thru. She always has such a positive vibe and is always full of compliments. I always leave there feeling better than when I first got there. The others workers are great too. But Amanda is my fav!

So I ordered a caramel latte with extra drizzle..... I will not go there to order it again, that is all I will say. Worst latte ever!

It’s nearly 7 dollars a cup it wouldn’t hurt you to fill it all the way to the top😘

Super busy store due to location and they tried their best however I asked for extra cookies in my mocha cookie crumble and got both extra cookies and chocolate syrup (not a problem but I wasn’t wanting it that chocolaty)

I have always loved this location and the people that work here. My grandmother and i always go through the drive through to treat ourselves if we have had a bad day. Today a girl in the drive through that i didnt recognize with dark brown hair was very rude and up my my grandmothers face because she got the order wrong then told my gran that it wasnt wrong and was raising her voice and talking over her. If i hadnt had somewhere to be i wouldve come in and told the manager right then. There is no reason to yell at an older person ever. Especially when we were being respectful. My gran was trying to say that my drink was decaf and also not the drinks we ordered but she wouldnt listen also she said that vente drinks only have two shots which i believe is wrong and is supposed to be three. I have a severe heart condition couldnt drink the drink i payed for. Oh also its my birthday so thanks. May come in person later to discuss this further with a manager.

Line for drive thru was long but moved fairly quick. Ordered a blonde coffee and bacon egg sandwich. Bacon was barely cooked and coffee was just barely warm. Coffee should be hot, could not even drink it. Disappointed!!

I visit them two to three times a week. They were always too good in the service but today it was different. Coffee was a disaster and it was not filtered. I would still give them 4 star hoping they would look into it and avoid it in the future.

Sometimes when I order on the app they claim to have not have received my order. I made sure before heading to the store but regardless they told me I had placed it at the other location down the road. Which I agree makes sense. It’s only happened a couple of times though so no biggie but since then I’ve had splendid service.

This is the Starbucks closest to my house and the one I visit most often. Everyone is always so friendly at this location! The downside...I’m SO tired of the hours being up and down. It’s 7:30 and they’re closed. I drove up knowing the hours on Google say 8:00pm and it’s pitch black. Are the customers not important at all anymore?

Both of my drinks were incorrect. Upon remaking them, the staff made the same errors in both drinks. Staff was not very friendly and a bit dismissive.

I went this morning through the drive thru, hoping to get a gingerbread hot chocolate because I saw online that it was available. I asked the lady if they had the gingerbread hot chocolate, and she said Of course we.. do not. I found this very rude and uncalled for. She could have politely said no.

When asking for a London Fog the staff said that it wasn’t something they couldDo through the drive through and when asking the cashier to break a 20.00 bill so I could tip she made offensive comments. On another a separate occasion I went inside and asked them to make a London Fog and after the man slammed the cup down almost knocking it off the counter I don’t recommend this place this place should be shut down.

Love this Starbucks. The staff are so welcoming. They treat you like a family member or an old friend. They are always happy and smiling. Keep up the great work and thank you for making me smile on days I really need it!

Very friendly staff and very efficient service. All drinks were delicious as always. I had my usual favorite - the Double Chocolately Chip - and it was as good as its ever been. Got several other drinks for other people and everyone was happy!

I don’t go to Starbucks often. I ordered my drink, left the drive-through, started sipping my drink. I notice a hair (definitely wasn’t my own) on the cup and thought, “please, god, let it be on the outside of the cup”.... it wasnt. It was mixed in with the drink. Hell no. Almost barfed.

Rolled up to the window and the Starbucks bartista didnt even know what I ordered and asked for me to repeat my order

Love the chocolate croissant and iced cappuccino!.Id like to to add to my review of the Inverness location in Birmingham....Its now August 2020 during the pandemic and I am grateful that Starbucks is still open and serving with a smile (behind the mask!) My new favorite is the Cold brew with chocolate cocoa Almond milk foam! Its really very refreshing on a hot summer day. Looking forward to my next visit.

Drinks and food are always good. Have not had a bad experience here yet. Drive-through staff is especially friendly. Have no problem returning time and time again.

Love coming here! Such a friendly staff and always polite, no matter how busy they are. The drive thru is always wrapped but moving productively and in a timely fashion. Inside is always clean and love have my coffee and breakfast here while working and or a quick bite in the afternoon. Venti white Mocha nonfat no whip with the egg bites is my go to! Such a great team keep it up!

Parking for the shop is a little cramped but the staff are attentive and helpful. but the staff are attentive and helpful. Their selection was a little more appealing to me then it was at the last shop that I visited.

This is probably one of the more expedient Starbucks locations in Birmingham.even if you see a line of cars, you can expect to be out within a few minutes.

The location is kind of hidden, but the place is a hidden gem for people who are trying to get some write peaceful time with some quality cup of coffee. The staff is very courteous and warm!

Their black coffee isn’t great but good place to get specialty drinks. Although, it’s a good place to sit and get some work done or read a book. Incredibly nice and accommodating staff as well.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks. I love that they have soooooo many different drinks to choose from and I think my favorite one would be the smores frappuccino! It was so good that I couldnt get a picture in on time. I will say it is seasonal so get it while you can! My go to is usually a white chocolate mocha frappe with a caramel drizzle. If you want more coffee taste, add a shot of espresso!

Quick walk-in service and coffee was exactly as ordered. Treated myself to vanilla bean mini scones as well. Walking in is quicker than drive through on peak hours.

Its a Starbucks. That means: half the time they get your order right; the other half they look at you like you have a horn growing out of your head because you want them to fix it and make the drink you ordered. Thats right Barista, I didnt just pay $5+ for the wrong drink... Please fix me the one I ordered.

They used to take pride the their coffee but now my order us rarely correct.

I just went through the drive thru on my way home from a birthday party. I ordered a tall Flat White and a tall White Chocolate Mocha with hazelnut syrup. When I got home and started drinking it, I found myself spitting it right back out along with the few hairs that were in it. Maybe I’ll go to Dunkin next time.

I wont ever turn down great coffee and friendly service

I had gone into Starbucks at approximately 8:30 in the morning in order to mocha Frappuccino and one of the new chorizo sandwiches I was told to pull up and wait for my order and when I received it it was cold in the middle of my sandwich and to top the whole thing off I was not asked or given a receipt I had later gone in to talk to the manager about this issue Tracy the manager was wonderful she replaced the items that had been messed up and was just as sweet as you could imagine. Lindsay and Arron were wonderful as well Aaron make a wonderful frappe and I could not be more thankful to these three I am the one happy girl now.

I have been visiting this Starbucks 2-3 times per week for the past four years. It has gone downhill so dramatically in the last few months. Three of the last four times that Ive ordered on the app theyve been out of something when Ive arrived to pick it up. I understand that the individual baristas dont control their stores inventory but each time this has happened Ive had to explicitly ask for a refund. They have made no efforts to resolve my issues and demonstrate poor service each time, bordering on rude.I was compelled to write this review today after my fourth unpleasant visit in a row. When I arrived, the mobile order that I had placed ten minutes ago was not ready. There were four baristas behind the counter, two of whom were behind the registers. There were no customers in line. No one acknowledged me or offered assistance. After four minutes a fifth barista came out of the back and saw me and assisted.This used to be a great Starbucks but the service has completly tanked. I would highly caution anyone from visiting this location. There are two other coffee shops on this same road within two miles that both have much stronger service. I will not be returning.

I go here often. I really enjoy earning free points on the app and getting free drinks. My favorite drink includes a green tea Frappuccino base with a banana Blended in

The brand is great. The location, not so much. The major plus is that the Starbucks items were spot on. The vanilla bean is amazing!!

Stand alone outparcel building with a drive thru. Inside and outside seating. This building is hard to get to if you are going east on 280 but very accessible headed west.

Spit in My CoffeeI was on my way to an appointment and needed a coffee because our baby kept us up all night. I swung through the drive through, but received a call from a client that I had been trying to get a hold of for days. I picked up and it was my turn at the drive through at nearly the same time. I asked my client if he could hold for a second while I ordered (I cant imagine someone being on the phone while ordering is that uncommon).I guess the teens working behind the bar found that rude as I was driving down the street when a slimy substance found its was through my lid. I gagged in disgust. When I pulled open the top, it was clearly a very large luggie.When I returned later in the day with the cup to complain, I was greeted with the same 3 teens and no manager. They asked to see the cup and promptly poured it out so I had no evidence (I figure the cup had a time/date stamp and maybe even he maker of the coffee- thank God I had the sense to at least take a picture first!) They assured me that no one on their team would ever do that, but asked if they could make me a new coffee to make up for it.I guess it is strictly OHenrys and Octane for me now (its a shame because Starbucks is much more convenient).

Very disappointing. No communication or eye contact from employees. They acted like they didnt want to be there and could care less about anyone. My expensive treat drink wasnt worth it and I should have just gone home after church. 😥

The lady in the bandana. I think its the manager. She is a jerk. Doesnt care about customers at all. She should not be working in customer service. Put her in a warehouse stacking boxes. Shes be more useful there.

This location is so quick and efficient every time, yet they dont sacrifice pleasant interaction for speed. I appreciate their willingness to share some whipped cream with my little girls and their fast drove thru service.
