Went for a sweet treat! Really close to the BJCC and easy access to all major highways. Grabbed some of their coffee to take home. They have some great options for coffee, tea and a few baked goods. The Basil Lavender tea looked good. They have a punch card for free drinks.

I just had the best Macchiato ever. Its become my staple drink after 20 years of espresso, but honestly most people get it wrong. Its simple a simple drink; a shot or two of espresso and milk foam(no milk). Christian killed it. Thank you. Sat outside on the patio with my friend, enjoyed the downtown atmosphere. She had the savory crepe and I enjoyed the croissant. Great job Christian and Santos. Well be back.

“Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name!” I go to Santos for the people as much as I go for the coffee. The staff is always so sweet! Christian, Johnny, & Libby are a breathe of fresh air early in the morning. Besides that, I didn’t know how “real” coffee tasted until I went to Santos. It’s so good! 10 stars/ highly recommend. 😊

Great coffee drinks, muffins are delicious, and the folks that work here couldnt be any nicer. Definitely our offices favorite coffee shop downtown!

Great experience this morning! Coffee was excellent and probably the best bacon, egg and cheese bagel I have ever had. A great start to the morning!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Café Nutella and a brownie and both were exceptionally delicious. I love the fact that the latte and brownie were not too sweet but just sweet enough compared to other coffee shops. This place is a winner and I look forward to ordering more items from the menu next time!

Slow so very slow service. The waiter we had at the counter both days was so rude & just over all very slow.It took us 45 minutes to get a sandwich consistently and the last day we had to leave& there was only one person ahead of us- We had a flight to catch.The counter person refused to take or make orders and spent all of his time at the drink counter - 0 multitasking. (Will never be back)

I visited and was verbally assaulted by the man behind the bar. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially since there are so many other coffee shops within walking distance.

I was in Birmingham visiting my brother and we decided to try this new little spot. The service was friendly and my latte was amazing!
