My favorite Starbucks was temporarily closed today so we visited the Starbucks inside Target … Trussville, AL … They are currently out of a lot of stuff but the staff was super nice

It was almost immediate on bring my T.V. out tO my truck. Both young ladies were pleasant and had an awesome attitude.

Trussville Target! My Go to store for last minute needs. Team members are always pleasant and helpful. From the cart attendant to the store manager, always respectful.

Always well stocked and well kept. The interior is very clean and the flow of traffic is always decent. It can be hard to find an employee at times, but other than that a good location.

Styles are good, very clean store, the shopping carts have a place for my cell phone up top and a cup holder, and most importantly it is not Walmart!

Trussville target is the only target location I will go to. I drive 30- 45 minutes one way just to get there due to their impeccable customer service. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond every single visit! Thank you!!!

Great customer service ! I bought a pair of glasses the Friday before Easter and the frame popped and the lens fell out this morning! I took them by customer service and they let me exchange them for a new pair - same glasses. They were very nice and all staying safe with mask and hand sanitizer. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!! I love coming to this target! Everyone is always friendly and ready to help. Even on busy days I can always expect to get in line and out in a short time. The women at the bakery are always friendly and are always ready to give cookies to my sons. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This was the first time I used the pickup service with Target. Wait time for my items was very short and they were very polite and courteous. I would use it again.

These 5 stars are based solely on one worker that I ran into on Christmas Eve this year about 9:30 PM. I wish I had gotten her name, but I didnt. She had brown shoulder length hair and stood about 55 or somewhere around there. We just moved here a few days ago and we had just started and finished our Christmas shopping with the exception of a few things we had to order online. This is a military move, its our 5th move in 6 years. We unpacked the Christmas tree at home just after 8:30PM and we couldnt find the stand for it. I was determined to have a Christmas tree for my kids, despite moving so close to Christmas and everything still being in boxes. I went to Target to look for a stand, but I couldnt find one after searching for about a half hour. I was ready to cry. I asked a female worker for help finding one and told her, at that point, I was ready to bawl. She told me she didnt want me to cry on Christmas Eve and she was going to help me figure it out. She did. We used a live Christmas tree stand, a thermos, and I bought some modeling clay as well to help keep our tree upright for Christmas. She stayed calm and was caring. Im so happy that she was working that night, because she helped me avert a complete meltdown.

The store is clean and organized. ALMOST every associate you walk by will either great you or offer assistance. The pharmacy team knows us by our names.

We were checking out and a few of our items where different prices on the target app and so we call the girl mamie over to help us and the first time she came she was nice but the second time when we called her over she had rolled her eyes when she asked what the price was she said it in a hateful way The rest of the time we were checking out she stared at us in a mean face. Not that nice service

Ive now found and bought 3 separate food items that were expired. This was 3 separate purchases and 3 separate times I went. Check the food items and rotate the stock properly. I prefer to shop at Target than any other place. Ill now be going to the 280 location after work thats worse to get to than the Trusville location.

At this Target location, we got more than 90% of the goods on our shopping list. We are satisfied with the selection and the quality of the merchandise in stock. In our experience, the stores staff delivers good customer service. We were pleased with our in-store shopping experience, and wed recommend this store to others.

I had a Target issued coupon for $3 with no expiration date I received last year. When I tried to redeem, I was told they would not honor it. They stopped and dont honor outstanding coupons. Service desk was flip about it. Its the principal of how Target does business. If you dont intend to honor it after a while, put an expiration date or just dont issue it.

There are some wonderful associates at this location and shopping at Target is always such a guilty pleasure. My issues with this location is the cleanliness of the customer service department and the bathrooms. The bathrooms have so much build up on the sinks and inside the toilets, that they are almost black. The checkstands look like Wal-mart checkstands. Cleanliness could definitely be taken into consideration.

Fairly clean. The bathroom is a little dingy looking, but also fairly clean. Their clothing selection is mostly tshirts, I have had a hard time finding any nice clothes there. The produce and food seems to be good as well. Good electronics selection!

Ok place to shop if your a hipster

Never been in a super target. Its huge! Guy at Starbucks was super friendly and made us feel at home. Wish I could remember his name. He seemed new so hopefully that will help management narrow it down to give him a raise. Or a smiley face sticker. African American around 25-30. Awesome guy! He is the reason yall get a 5 star instead of 4.

This place is large and clean. Plenty of room in the aisles to get by with carts. Lots of employees were working so if you need to ask for anything its easy to get help. They had a good variety of everything I looked at. It did seem like their prices were a little higher than Walmart and Aldis... But they did have more variety...

I mean I love target .. However it CAN be dangerous for my wallet..lol..I just was going inside to return a shirt and get a boys wallet for my 7 yr old son..but that was towards back of store, ..so I ended up treating myself to some really nice flowy pants and tank top! The ladies in the dressing room were also very nice, they seemed to enjoy working there and with each other, which its always nice to see people with a good attitude and working together positively 😀

Very friendly staff inside Target portion but beware Starbucks inside has different rules for points and dont redeem rewards under 150 points and check your order for it to be correct. Mine was a different drink all together.

After leaving Leeds Wal-Mart (asking for help and workers ignoring me), I decided Target was the last place to go. I called before just for multicolored copy paper and they had it! The person that was working electronics was excited and amazing with helping me. I work retail, and this person was the definition of bright and giving customer satisfaction. I wished I could remember their name because I would let it be known that he was amazing. Plus whenever I went down an aisle someone was always asking if I needed help. Thank you for having the best staff at any place that I have been at. No matter the prices, the main reason people go to places for shopping are for feeling welcomed. A++

This is usually my go to target location Im a regular customer and I always go and shop the cosmetics, but they now have a cosmetic girl who works the area, she is nice but a bit over bearing, I feel like she should know who we are buy now & realize we pay like everyone else, follows us to each aisle and constantly asks if we need help .

Best pharmacists and pharmacy staff ever. I trust them 100% with my prescriptions and the information they provide. Trust is very important with your pharmacy when it comes to medications that could save your life. I have had my meds filled there over 12 years.

Warning keep your receipts if by any chance you loose them, and target stop selling that item no matter what the price you are out of luck, and the guy at the guest service desk that wanted to loud talk me, I’ll allow God to deal with you . My parents raised me with dignity and respect

Great place to shop for some good deals. It may be a little higher than Wal-Mart but you get better service and quality. Go about 4 miles down highway 11 to the Wal-Mart in Roebuck and you will see how much better Target is at everything.

The deli attendant acted bothered to even wait on me and sighed multiple times while cutting my meat. Prices were not correct and no one offered to fix the problem once it was identified. Very poor customer service experience.
