I showed up with 15 minutes to close, they are the best bunch of people to deal with. Never a complaint about me being late and more importantly how helpful they all were. Great deals also, I will always do business with you guys!

Great experience at The Pants Store Trussvile. The manager Lindsey was fabulous she helped our father with the correct size and style then also measured him for alterations. When you receive this levelof customer service in a store there is no need to shop online. If only other retail stores had implementedthis type of customer care they might still be in business.

Was not as happy with the service I received from the employees. Their lack of curtesy and assistance were very noticeable. I love the shop and the merchandise they have. I have shopped at the store many times. Ive had the same experience each time. I do hope this gets better, it would be a shame to lose customers due to a lack of professional curteism.
