Just looking at it all from start to finish... I cant get enough of this wonderful place, lots of good people and great friends, I work in transport and protection so I see, meet and spend time with many different types people from all walks of life... Ive done business with all sorts of people from all over the world from India to the capital in Washington DC and I still call this place my home to get a peace of mind whenever I have a break to do so, actually amazing is what I would call it brick and tin is right next door and brings food and sweet tea over all the time so hey I love it keep it up guys and thanks for everything you do for us 👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is hands down the nicest cigar shop around Birmingham. Their selection is unbeatable at fair prices. The lounge area is very nice with plenty of comfortable seating to relax while smoking. The store clerk Gary is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a cigar lounge or just for a place to buy cigars/pipes and other tobacco related amenities this is the place to go!

I referred to this place as a cigar place called Something with a V and everybody I was talking to liked that name better maybe you should consider changing but keep everything else the same I love this place.

These guys were very helpful and friendly. I stopped in while in town on business. I would gladly shop here again. The lounge is decently sized and nicely furnished. Worth a stop for sure.

Charlie is awesome! The selection has most of the popular brands. The prices are reasonable. As always, with any smoke shop, if you dont buy it there please dont smoke it there. We live in a society, being considerate of the business is good manners. Tinnies are for sale $1 each in case your whistle gets dry. They thought of everything!!

Comfortable place BYOB

Vitola is by far one of, if not the, best cigar lounge I’ve ever visited. They have welcoming and knowledgeable staff that are more than willing to take the time to walk people through their extensive collection of cigars to make sure every customer gets what they want within their price range. The selection is top notch. I’ve never been disappointed or walked away feeling unsatisfied. On top that the smoking room is wonderful. The perfectly overstuffed chairs, TVs playing sports, and the right amount of silence to enjoy your cigar alone or with friends.

I really must say after visiting this great, wonderful and amazing place of people i truly cant father enough words in the English language to say about just how wonderful the atmosphere is just as well as the people that are here i find myself going back quite often and to be honest with the experience thats received each and every time i go things just keep going from better to unbelievable every time Im there a lot of the gentleman that frequently visit this place reminds me of my dad whos now retired but has worked in and around the government for all his life i truly thank God for that and i thank God for him and alot of the same characteristics i see in these fine gentleman at this great place Vitola Fine Cigars Mountain Brook thanks a million times over for everything that you are and everything that you do
