I’ve been going to Smoker’s Genie for months now and here recently they are not consistent with prices and do not utilize their rewards program, at all! I never enter my number for points or extra discounts. I went in yesterday to purchase e-juice and was quoted $19.99 each. Today I called to price e-juice and was quoted $30 each. Prior to yesterday and today I was literally purchasing 2 for $30. I called today just to confirm I wasn’t over thinking this issue. And I wasn’t. Up until a few weeks this has been my fav shop to purchase my juices. Coils, etc. Not anymore!!

I will say I shop at this place religiously, the angel that works there is named Jessica! She has provided excellent service and deserves a raise. Google says they open at 9 am. I’ve been sitting here since 9:30 am. No “opening” store hours on door. Thought maybe they went to 10:00am like other vape stores. It is now 10:06 am and still not open. This is ridiculous!

Me and my wife come into this store often and it is by far the best shop I’ve been to!! We love the rewards program that they offer which beats most of the other shops we’ve visited. I’ve spent over $300 bucks on different items and everything I’ve received has been really good quality and nicely priced! I love the fact that the employees have first hand knowledge of the products and gives great opinions! It’s nice going to a shop that is more focused on you enjoying your items and getting the best for you, instead of focusing on just how much money they can make from you!!!!

Do not go here!! Girl behind the counter never acknowledged me plus she didn’t have on a mask. I was totally ignored! I will NOT be back!!!!!!! Very disappointed!

What a great little shop! Everything you need in one place and selections to browse through. The eliquid selection is respectable, the glass looks nice, and the customer service is outstanding. I have been several times with my girlfriend and the people here are always helpful, polite, and seem genuinely happy to have you there. Also, become a member for their EXCELLENT weekly discounts and sales. I tell everyone about this place because I want to see it succeed and continue to be my go to shop.

This place is never open when they say they are it’s 10:30 and google says they’re open and no one is here. It’s like this everyday. This was my last chance I’m giving. Update your hours if you’re not open so people don’t leave work and think you’re open. Get it together.

The utter disregard for peoples health by allowing customers in without masks, and the staff at the counter not to wear one astounds me; especially considering people who use their products are more likely to have severe symptoms if they contract COVID-19.

I gave it a one but would have given it none at all but I had to in order to rate the shop. Nice shop but employee not knowledgable at all regarding vape products. She was more interested in a long conversation with someone else and didnt even offer to help me find an alternative to a coil I needed for my tank. Matter of fact, she had never even heard of the tank I have and its been around quite a while. Overall look of shop is nice but the owners need more knowledgable people working there that can better help the customer.

First off. Paula is amazing the two stars are for my experience here today 03/18/19. Unfortunately, Paula was not there. The owners brother was. I purchased the Seiglei Sibra kit. The brand is terrible, it malfunctioned soon as I got it. I brought the vape back and Paula replaces it with the same one. That one malfunctioned a day later. Brought it in and Paula told me to leave it for the owner to fix it and get it the next day. Came today and the owners brother was there. He had a terrible attitude from the beginning. He “fixed” the problem from the vape then tried using it. Yes, he put his mouth on my mouth piece. He realized it was not working and blamed me for not charging it when I did. I asked if I could either get it replaced with a better brand or my money back. He rudely said he don’t give money back but will give me a Smok vape. I told him that I am not a fan of Smok and would like a quality vape. He kept telling me that it is a good brand but I was not going to give in to his awful sale. I told him I will get an Aspire brand vape and a juice so it’d equal the price I paid. He did not want to do that but I felt it was only fair. He called his brother and it was approved. He put the juice in and was going to put his mouth on it to pull and I stopped him, he gave me the vape and pushed the box to me saying “you do it then” and mumbled something under his breath, I guess he expected I wouldn’t understand him. I was so taken aback from his rudeness. I did not expect to get this treatment after all the good times I’ve had with the customer service from Paula. The only way I’d come back is if I know Paula will be there.

The shop itself is nice and clean with a nice variety of vape supplies, which is what earned it 1 star. HOWEVER, the lady at the counter is extremely unfriendly and was easily offended when I made observations about the prices. NOW PRICES... THIS SHOP IS EXTREMLY EXTREMLY EXTREMLY OVER PRICED!!!! I have never seen prices jacked up so high on vape products and I’ve shopped stores in multiple states in my travels. A particular liquid that I purchase regularly is first, being sold individually when it is not labeled for individual sale. It’s labeled to be sold in a box of 2 60 mil bottles for 19.99. This store is breaking the box open and selling 1 bottle for 29.00. That’s 3x the actual price. They sell coils for double the price off other shops. SHOP AROUND!!!
