Wow! Loved it. What a great place! So helpful and had great suggestions. Sarah was amazing and was able to help me find what I was looking for and some cigars Im excited to try! Every one was friendly and I had a very enjoyable time hanging out in the lounge. Definitely recommend.

Great shop at an excellent location. Doc helped me pick out some great cigars as I am a cigar novice. On both occasions he invited me back to rap and smoke a stick. I will def be a return customer. I highly recommend novice smokers as well as aficionados to visit.

On this day 09/22/20 the employee denied me business because I did not wear a mask. When I walked in there were other customers in the store not wearing mask and some wearing mask Also, when I first walked in the employee had his masked pulled down around his neck.

I went to Cigars and More the day after purchasing my first pipe set from another cigar shop and I hate that I didnt go there first! I walked in just to poke around and see what was what (because I already had my pipe set remember) and I was immediately drawn in by the atmosphere, friendly staff and how patient he was with all of my questions. The gentleman behind the counter walked me thru a selection of starter pipes, what to look for when purchasing a pipe and what they offered for my future needs. In fact, he was so helpful and informative that after talking to him for a little while it dawned on me that I had been burned (no pun intended) by the shop where I made my initial purchase. It may have beeen textbook salesmanship, I dont know but I ended up buying a new pipe with accessories and he threw in a bag of tobacco of my choice and a cool little box to store it in for free. All of that, and I still came out much cheaper with a better quality pipe than I purchased just the day before. Not only was the staff friendly but the customers who were there, all of which the salesman new by name, drew me in and not only helped me pick out a good starter tobacco but showed me how to pack it correctly and gave me a bag or two of their own to try. Im sold! Great atmosphere. Great staff and products. Great regular customers! Its Cigars and More for me from now on.

The guy who helped me was great! He took into account what I was looking for and helped me pick some great cigars for my fiancé. Unfortunately I didnt catch his name. I highly recommend this store!

I went there to buy my first pipe and the guy there was extremely helpful. He didnt rush me at all or make me feel like I was wasting his time. Also, he answered all questions I had without trying to make me feel like an idiot (Weve all come across those people). He pointed things out in the shop that I might want to check out and didnt try to up sale me from the type of pipe I knew I wanted. There were a few regulars there. I know this because he knew all of them on a first name basis (Thats how you treat customers). I really like this shop and plan on being back. I left with a new pipe, some tobacco, a pipe tool, a pipe cleaner, and he threw in a box to keep everything together... all for under $50 after tax. Yeah... Ill definitely be back.

This has been my cigar shop for over two years, spending thousands of dollars here and countless hours, but not anymore. Ive had cigars thrown at me, Ive had ashes dumped on my shoulders by the supervisor Doc/Philip. Ive talked to management but they seem to have no problem with him or other supervisors at their other locations being rude, offensive, and unfair to paying customers. I refuse to spend my money and time at a place where Im not respected. If I have to travel 50 miles one way to purchase my cigars at a different establishment I will to keep from returning to Cigars and More Trussville, Patton Creek, 280, or Vitola. They dont deserve the 1 star I gave them.

Not as good as it once was. Last time I was in was 2 years ago. A lot has changed...! Overall still a good place to chill and smoke you a cigar and drink a beer.
