A Hair was found in the chocolate covered strawberries, and they apparently don’t sell banana anything during holidays?? But that’s fine I can get over that but not them not wearing masks, OR GLOVES!!! They picked out our food not wearing either, and the strawberries where very clearly old and pruned. Will never go back again. Their prices are also outrageous.

Great arrangement..they even customized the card and bucket for my brothers anniversary gift.

Fruit was not fresh at all. Strawberries were mushy but covered in Dark chocolate requested milk chocolate pineapples old, you can smell the wine like and taste flavor of old fruit. Just a total disaster. Phone lines dont work to speak with a manager.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do not use them!!We were not helped at all when we had issues with delivery and picking up our arrangement. It costs a lot of money and the store threw away our arrangement. They absolutely Refused to give a refund. They refused to give me any accommodations to help with replacing it, giving a refund, or even a discount. DO NOT USE THEM. It will be a waste of money and time.
