They do decent job, but sneaky about money. This place was recommended by Autozone staff. Chris, seems the owner, deliberately blurred their pricing and invited me to the shop. He was extremely nice so that I thought he would be reasonable. However, after he installed the hitch that I bought from Autozone, he charged me $135. No wiring was needed. Specifically, it is for the labor costs of two staffs working for half an hour. And thats it.Chris also rejected me to use credit card because, as he claimed, the credit card company would charge him $20. As I insisted to pay with credit card, he started to say some dirty words and completely changed to another person.So my advise is to talk the price beforehand and dont be fooled by their nice outlook.RobinChris, if you see this, you know who I am.

We were on our way from Florida to Oklahoma and needed the hub & bearings replaced on our boat trailer. They were able to get us in and taken care of and back on the road! Thank you so much!

Not sure if we went on the wrong day or if he was having a bad day. We went to got look and buy a trailer for my fathers business, we were greeted as if we annoyed them coming to their business. Every question we asked we got smart short answers. My dad seen and told him what he wanted and we got “WELL YOU GOTTA ORDER THAT, WE DON’t KEEP THOSE HERE.” After that I was done. Was looked down on since we walked through the gate. Won’t go back. Rather pay extra than to go spend money somewhere I am judged even before you see my pockets!!

Paid for hitch and installation for half the price of uhaul or dealer. They called when hitch came in, went out and it was installed in less than an hour. Hassle free, efficient and great price. What else do you need to know?

Perfect. Went with a 2019 suburu crosstrek and they installed a curt trailer hitch on it. It was 1/4 the dealer price. The guys that worked there were all very nice and they were quick. Will go back again for anything car related!
