The staff was very friendly and helpful. The disappointing thing is they seem to be out of many items like other stores.

Clean placeOvercrowded and multiple items oos (not speaking on food shortages)Baggers: its 50/50 which i dont care for. Depending on how much you have they pick and choose when they help you to the car. I dont ask much unless Im taking multiple groceries. Yesterday I had a $200 order and a young lady about to help me when another bagger made her move because she didnt want to bend over. Well thats not fair go me because then I had 3 orders to push by myself. The new bagger didnt help. I thanked her but thats why I rather go to tatersall. They also switch baggers in the middle of translations and bag things incorrectly no matter how many times we tell them. And it reflects on shoppers who shop for others.... and its very frustratingManagers are niceDeli: the hot food is old around 4 and should be fresh daily.

Dont bother ordering a sub online. 4 out of five time its not ready or even started yet. I order an hour and a half early to give them plenty of time but that doesnt seem to help. The rest of the store is good, the deli unfortunately isnt .

Was absolutely FLOORED when I went in tonight to pick up food trays for Christmas Eve. A worker in the meat and seafood section was wearing absolutely NO mask around the customers and food!!!! I almost told them to forget the trays and just walk out, but it was 6 pm and literally had no options to replace them, and there would be no Christmas lunch. I cannot believe with everything going on sickness wise she was allowed to be working like this! Definitely will be shopping elsewhere for a while!!

Shopping w/this location since they opened. Like that you walk into one Publix it is pretty much the same store set everywhere you go. Meat dept always willing to cut to your likes. Wish they could get better & More Local Produce. Tomatoes & Peaches are a bust most of the time when theyre In Season.Front End folks get you in & out wonderfully. I wouldnt go there if overall experience wasnt positive.

We are from Florida near the headquarters of Publix. So it was like having a piece of home away from home. Layout with slightly different, but the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness of the store is the same.

New Publix across from Chick-Fil-A, I ask guy in seafood department ( didn’t get his name but he had on small clear eyewear, did he have more catfish in the back ? he never ask which type whole or fillet he replied no. I then ask is this all you got in the entire store he replied again yes, I then stated I’m going to the front and ask a Manager when is the next order, I’m knowing he being dishonest, he then said hold on went to the back and came out with a new unopened box of fish. I looked at him with a no thank you, Publix is known for good customer service, send Mr. liar back though training. Whatever reason for being dishonest is flat out wrong, very disrespectful, lazy and poor customer service.

My favorite Publix to shop at. The staff is excellent! This Publix always has everything I need!

I would like to give a shout out to Mike in Produce at Lee Branch. On Saturday April 4th, I coordinated a Stock the Pantry project for Brother Bryan Mission. I got bags and bags of items that filled my car and trunk So on Sunday, i went to Pulix and Mike went to the back, found me 8 apple boxes and loaded them in my car. He was genuinely happy to help. Thank you Mike. I delivered to Brother Bryan Mission on Monday. They were so grateful and you were a part of it.

The employees of Publix are always helpful, friendly, and professional. The measures theyve taken to make social distancing work better are very well-planned. My only negative comment is that other customers, especially the ones who work for Shipt or other grocery-buying services, ignore the safety measures, make shortages worse by buying items in great volumes, and clog the aisles.

Great store and awesome employees, had a clerk help me find some of the products I needed for a recipe. Not only that, but they were the only store in the area that not only had the product but stocked appropriately

We’ve had consistently excellent service from this Publix. People go out of their way to help you and they don’t just point you in the direction of a product when you ask where something is. I’m very pleased with the management and staff and even the prices aren’t bad for an upscale supermarket. Very good experience.

I used instacart for pick up this morning at your store. I waited on hold for one hour and fifty-five minutes to resolve a problem I had with my delivery. After finally being answered I spoke to woman who after 10 minutes of discussion said I needed to call the store that I purchased the items from. I then called your store and the answer I was given is that you-all have nothing to do with instacart.I then called your corporate office care and they said they could not help me. If this is the kind of service Publix offers then I will take my business elsewhere and let all the people I associate with know about the customer service you give which is absolutely none in my opinionIf t

Had to listen to a male employee, which I found out later was a manager, verbally abuse a merchandiser from a beer company. I feel he has a problem with women. He has always been distant and rude.

It was busy! Theyve changed their produce section. Its easier to understand. Prices are still a bit high but there are deals. The meat looked really good but was expensive too. Customer service was great! Lines moved quickly too. Great experience!

This store has went downhill in the past few months. Forgot getting help in the deli because they are just going to ignore you. The very few check out lines they have available are always backed up and slow.

This is probably my favorite Publix to visit. They are always customer friendly, which is what you always get at Publix, and they always have a very large selection of products. The produce is always fresh, meat is always decent, and they usually have really good prices, especially if you catch items on sale. The bakery makes cookie cakes that are really good as well!

Excellent grocery store. They always ask how I am doing. Whenever I see an employee facing up stock on the shelves they always acknowledge me. They always ask to carry my groceries out to my vehicle. I come here for a lot of things, from cut flowers to renting a carpet cleaner, to propane exchange. The place is top shelf.

I enjoy shopping at Publix. Publix is top notch in all the aspects that you want a grocery store to be good in... except prices. The prices are reasonable in most items but the have the gotcha items. Some items are 50% more than Walmart for the exact same item. Frustrating. I do Love their fried chicken and produce. Got to watch the prices or they will take advantage of you. As long as you are up on your prices and shop the bogo this is a great store.

Hit or miss! Some of the cashiers/customer service employees can be super rude. Those who take your groceries to your car are fantastic. You just never know how your visit will be. Inconsistency in business isnt ever good. :(

Was the 3rd Publix Ive been to in a week that had the product Ive been looking for.

Cant follow instructions for chicken subs :/Gotten them 3 times from here and each time they mess it up. This latest time I ordered online so there wouldnt be a communication issue. Special Instructions: Heat it up after all the ingredients are on it.Cold sub and I picked it up within a minute of the sub being put in the pickup.
