Only two places I know of these days that get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME! Chick-fil-a and Publix. The food and grocery industry could learn a lot from these two companies.

From the deli, fruit and seafood.... My experience was amazing, I love how the employees are knowledgeable and honest. And the employees act more like family then coworkers. Its a environment that I truly enjoy

This Publix is ok. It’s in a convenient location, however it tends to be a lot of traffic here. The store is pretty much always busy. Finding parking close to the store can be a hassle sometimes. As well as the store stays out of stock of common items a great deal. I will say the staff is quite helpful when needed and for the most part polite.

Publix=Peace of mind. This grocery store and the Winn-Dixie behind it is my favorite. Now thier is a walmart near me as well but Lord sometimes after working all day you really do not want to deal with alot of foolishness. Like not enough cashiers to check you out, no scooters for the elderly. Plus that one person who decided not to take thier meds that day. This publix has always been friendly, enough cashiers and even baggers I can always find a scooter for my mom without having to cross a football field store to find oneI may have to pay more but PEACE OF MIND is a wonderful thing.

I found it really easy to maneuver even on a Sunday afternoon. There were great prices on more than 60% of what I had in my buggy. The woman who scanned and checked me out was warm and sensitive to the order in which I had placed the items to be purchased by meat, soft or fragile items, frozen foods, hard vegetables and fruits, and the young woman who buy my groceries bagged them in the same order in which I had placed them on the belt even after being scanned. It was such a nice experience I even went to the general manager with the names of the two individuals who had worked with me so efficiently and the prep work paid off when I got home so that they could go into the extra freezer or the main level refrigerator without having to sort through everything. The most amazing thing? I can’t tell you how many times I have bought a fruit pie from Whole Foods and it has been placed in a bag on its edge. It is almost Astounding the number of times this Has happened. BUT NOT yesterday at Publix -the apple pie arrived home safe and sound…and it was really really good! Thank you Publix!

All the other grocery stores can have SEVERAL SEATS! Especially Wal-Mart! Publix is the Best for product selection and freshness. A little more pricey but I dont mind paying for quality.

I love Publix. It is always so clean and well stocked. I usually spend $100 or more easily and cannot leave.

The people in the deli were ALL so friendly and helpful. Great attitudes unlike other places I shop. The cashier was also very nice.

This location seems to be a clean, organized and well staffed location to do grocery shopping. Not too crowded usually and the staff is pleasant. I only had one item on my list that they did not have in stock.

Very Very pleasant shopping experience!! There seafood department is great at each store.. Went for catfish, but they were out of filets. Got whole catfish and it was great.

I ordered a Sugar Free cake from the Bakery for my husbands Birthday and when I got their they said they didnt have one. I was so Angry but I kept my cool. The Spanish lady refused to even help me but the guy searched until he found one for me. Actually he found 2 of them, what a trooper guy!!!! I hope you were truly blessed because that meant a lot to me!!! You went above and beyond your job description!!! That is how people are suppose to be treated!!! You DESERVE a RAISE for sure!!! Great job!!!!

Find everything I need da daily was good for items I got from there overall everything was good no line no waiting even help with putting even help with putting groceries in the car

As always Publix does a tremendous job! Their customer service is always the best. And they have items in stock on shelf. And as busy as it was I was able to get in and out quickly. And their cleanliness is too notch. They even had a young man wiping down carts and pushing them forward to customers as they entered. 5 stars!

I love to shop at the Montclair Publix! Its a very welcoming environment. The staff are always pleasant and I love Mrs. Mary, shes always nice. Its always clean and the staff keep the shelves stocked. The deli department has delicious food especially at lunch. The older ladies are very genuine behind the counter. My boys also love this store locations. They always have fresh produce. Their staff are very helpful to want to service you to your vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place of business!

There is a pharmacy tech that is very rude and has a very bad attitude and very unprofessional every time I go there. I have reported her twice and nothing was done. Other then thwt the store is great. Great friendly customer service and fast checkout.

I like the small nearly individual sized cans if vegetables with pull tops no need for can opener and the cranberry nut loaf bread they used to give to my mothers church where now the member she recruited is in the hospital recovering from covid vaccine. Funny how the assurance background check from my coworker place of music mailing is listed here on top of christ health not related either but danger and identity thieves dont care even on google.

Nice store, better products than WalMart but price-er too!!! Very nice staff and much friendlier than WalMart.If you need personal help, knowledgeable people, and quality products, this is the place to go over wal-mart for sure!!!

Store is great, one of the best non-Trader Joes grocery stores Ive seen in the US. Mask discipline is hit or miss amongst staff I brought that to Plubixs attention and they didnt seem to care much.

They always have what I am looking for, I dont know why I dont go there first.

Great consistency when it comes to the items I like to buy.

I went here to pick up some of their famous Publix subs for dinner. Upon arriving to the sub counter, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come and help me. It seemed as if they were understaffed how about 6 PM on a Thursday evening. When someone did arrive to help me, He informed me that they would have to use bakery rolls instead of the more common sub sandwich bread since they were out. ( The bread shelf was barren, see below)The gentleman who help me worked rather slowly and a line formed behind me as he made my sandwiches.In general my experience tonight was below average, and as such merits a two star review. However I will regress this reading back to the mean and give them three stars in hopes that they will have a better day next time.In general, the staff was very friendly as I engaged them in conversation, and I look forward to shopping here again soon.-----Second chance:Well Publix deli, you blew it, again! Today, I went to Publix to pick up sandwiches for a little picnic lunch for me and the family. I distinctly asked for two Italian foot-long sandwiches. The woman who helped me made two ultimates. Ive then asked if those were Italians and she said no she was going to make a third one in Italian for us. But thats not what I asked. And when she looked in the drawer, there was no Italian meat. So she had one of her assistants freshly cut the meat for us.They are not even stocking the Italian meat yet they are offering it to be sold on the menu. And then when people ask for it, they just use the ultimate meat. I believe this to be the case because last week when I asked for Italian sandwiches, they gave me ultimate meat. I call shenanigans!Not to mention, then whole time she was making my food for me, she was scratching her face with her gloved hand! I wont be going back.

Monica in the bakery was absolutely amazing. I was in a rush, my car battery died, I had my cake fall off the back of my car, and had company coming over in two hours and I went to the publix bakery to see if there was any last minute things I could do. Monica immediately helped me and found the perfect combination of items for my guest. Not only that, she redecorated my pastries to make them match my other items. I greatly appreciate publix and Monica for all of her help!

Everytime i order from the deli......i get the same rude lady. I called at 7:00ish or 7:30ish and tried to order tWO boxes of 8pc chicken and the Lady that works in the DELI TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL A DAY BEFORE TO PLACE A ORDER FOR TWO BOXED 8PC CHICKEN TO BE PICKED AT A LATER DATE.
