I have always enjoyed shopping at the Daltile Sales Service Center in the Lakeshore/Oxmoor area. Jessica at the contractors desk is very knowledgeable and works hard for all the customers that come in. However, Randy (who is the assistant manager) has, probably, the best working knowledge of any ceramic sales professional i know. He is always polite and accommodating to me although I am a small account. They really make you feel like you matter to them.
