They encouraged me to buy extra mortar because they would take it back. Then when I wanted to return it (unused, had been kept under a tarp) they won’t return my phone calls or emails. Unprofessional.

They dont sell lime. Spent five minutes figuring out what they had available and ended up buying packaged mortar only because I was in a rush. In all of five minutes there was 20 seconds or less of eye contact as I was asking questions. Turns out the mortar I wanted was simply grey when I asked what color it would be. A brick yard that doesnt sell lime isnt very knowledgeable to me, and the expertise of the front desk person didnt seem very adequate or friendly.
