I came in Sposabella after going through a ton of bridal salons and trying on countless dresses. Nancy and her team were able to bring my dream dress to life. I found my dream dress and was able to completely change and customize the dress and veil to how I want it. The details in this dress were unbelievable and I was so happy with the details the seimstress was able to add on the dress and on the veil. I truly wish I could wear my dress again, I never thought I would be able to find a wedding dress like this. I was absolutely amazed. It was an absolute dream and everything I ever wanted. I do not know where to begin. I absolutely LOVE Sposa Bella, and I love Nancy.This was the first place I walked into to look for a dress. Nancy and the staff were so respectful and polite. The place is spotless, and there are SO MANY options. I went to other boutiques after that first visit, and they had A LOT to live up to because no place felt as right as Sposa Bella did.Nancy is wonderful and such a bride advocate. She is honest, and helps you get all the help and accessories you need. I ended up buying my head piece and dress from there. Their seamstress also made me a veil with the lace from my dress. Everyone loved the dress, and it fit my personality and style.As happy as I am to be married, I am sad that my visits to my Sposa Bella family have come to an end.

I am beyond blessed and thankful to have purchased my wedding dress from Sposa Bella. Nancy made the entire process easy and fun. She worked with me to help purchase my dream Tony Ward dress. Throughout the entire process she helped make my vision come true. During each fitting she did not let one detail go unmissed. Great service and great experience, Nancy and Bailey were both so helpful! I found a dress I loved online (Anne Barge, Brooks) and Sposa Bella is the only store near me that carried it according to the designers website. I called to make sure they had it before booking the appointment and they made sure they had a sample in stock that would fit me! Nancy was also very considerate of my timeframe and was able to give me insightful suggestions about when to order and have alterations done so there would be no stress about having the dress ready before the big day. Ultimately, I found a dress at another store that I loved but I had such a great experience at Sposa Bella I wanted to leave a good review, I would recommend this shop to a friend!

I cannot recommend Sposa Bella enough! Nancy and her entire staff was a dream to work with! I knew I wanted an Anne Brage gown and am lucky that Sposa Bella had a trunk show with just the dress for me! I am a bustier gal and they worked tirelessly measuring me and creating a custom top to fit my bust. Also they added a last minute appointment due to my last minute weight loss before the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly snug. My schedule only allows for evening appointments and they always stayed late and squeezed me in for any thing I needed!I also did my alterations there and was 100% satisfied, the seamstress is a wizard and also made a custom veil for me to fit in my price range. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and accommodations! All of this also includes a COVID reschedule which they were amazing with!!!Thank you so much Sposa Bella! 5/5 stars highly recommend!!

As someone who went to multiple bridal shops (in multiple cities), Sposa Bella offers a level of service that is above and beyond your traditional full-service bridal shop.Nancy is supremely knowledgeable about styles, designers, and seems to be able to read brides quickly to know whether they are limiting themselves to a certain dress type. I was one of those brides who didnt think I would like a more fitted style gown and I absolutely fell in love with the dress that Nancy picked (and from the sample sale section!). I had gone into several wedding shops in the area with horrible results prior to visiting Sposa Bella. Nancy’s store has a beautiful array of custom designed dresses. Although Nancy made the experience so easy that I didnt have to go anywhere else, I cant imagine any other salon being as lovely as this one.I got engaged and set a November wedding date right before the government shutdown. It made it impossible to try a dress on or even get an idea of what I wanted. When the order was partially lifted, I immediately made an appointment with a bridal salon in the same building as Sposa Bella. I took the day off of work, as did my maid of honor. The salon I originally booked with called me two hours before the appointment as I was on my way there (I live in East Lansing) and said that it was made in error, and that they actually werent open.In a panic, I called two other salons to see if they could accommodate. Not only did they say no, but were very rude in doing so. When I called Nancy, she swooped in to save the day. I am embarrassed to say that I didnt even know what the salon carried, hadnt read any reviews, etc. I just knew I needed to get some dresses tried on so that I could start the process as quickly as possible.Nancy OPENED HER SHOP FOR ME after hearing what happened. As soon as I walked in, I knew I that everything happened for a reason. The dresses are EXQUISITE. She made me feel so cared for, and also included my mom, maid of honor and niece in every step of the way. I had no intention of purchasing a gown that day, but she pulled one that was absolutely perfect and I couldnt leave without it being mine.Nancy not only saved the day we had planned, but saved my wedding by enabling me to order right on the deadline for a November wedding. She was kind, considerate and compassionate- something everyone needs right now more than ever. Being a bride during COVID can present challenges you never even thought of, and finding people that understand that and work to make your day special regardless are truly gems. Thank you, Nancy. When youre shopping and investing in a great piece to wear on your most special day, you want someone like her in your corner.

When I say my experience was magical, I mean magical!!! My couture gown was half off and a little more than stunning! I went to several boutiques in Birmingham and they were all underwhelming. Nancy was such a kind soul and made my experience unforgettable. God bless her.

This store is your typical stuck up Birmingham store. Mind you I ended up buying my dress from Antonio’s down the street where you are treated much better!When I called to schedule an appointment I made it clear my budget was $5,000 for a dress and $6,000 with alterations etc.When I showed up there are maybe 5 dresses in the store under $6,000. So I browsed a bit and the lady pulled a few dresses for me but the entire time making me feel so uncomfortable. I told her what I wanted and instead of just saying I’m sorry we don’t have that here in your budget she just tried to pull dresses that were on sale or stock dresses nowhere near what I was looking for. Then she encouraged me to enter the contest for a free dress that again was a ball gown with beading and I wanted a mermaid style lace dress. She couldn’t have cared less about what I wanted and just made me feel bad about my budget. I ended up just walking out after she pulled this dress that was gray in color beading and looked like a mother of the bride dress and said this one is $800. I had never felt so frustrated in my life. I wasn’t trying to hide my budget nor was I trying to buy a $25,000 dress for $200. I had my budget and she was just so disrespectful it made everyone with me incredibly upset and uncomfortable. I wasn’t trying to just buy any dress for my wedding and save money, I had a vision of my dress and what I wanted.I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, not even if you have a massive budget because there are stores out there more deserving of your business and you deserve someone who doesn’t just want to help cause you have a large budget but because they genuinely care about you, your dress and your wedding day!

I found my dream dress at Sposa Bella Couture. It was actually the first dress I tried on. Silvana in general is a kind hearted individual who really does try her very best to give her brides that princess fairy tail feeling. The atmosphere of this bridal store is very energizing. You really cant go wrong picking this location. I highly recommend it because I had a destination wedding and everything went even better than I had imagined. My advice is going to someone who you trust with your wedding dress because you do live this moment once. Best wedding boutique in Michigan hands down! I had a change in heart over a dress I initially selected and made a few appointments at other bridal shops in the Birmingham area. After leaving the other boutiques with no luck, we went down to Sposa Bella (which I did not originally have an appointment at). The store was actually closed due to how late in the day it was, but Nancy (Bridal specialist) opened the store back up for my family and I and blew us away with her amazing customer service! She made the experience from beginning to end one that I know my family and I will never forget. From her advice, to patience, and style ideas, I ended up having to decide between 3 dresses!!! Nancy was the first person out of every bridal salon I had ever gone to, that took the time to listen to my image, look at countless Pinterest photos, talk me through my confusion, and keep me calm through the entire process. She earned my complete trust. After doing so, she convinced me to try on the most beautiful Medina gown. I was hesitant at first, as the gown was nothing like what I had ever pictured myself in for my wedding. I put it on, and that was the moment I knew she really listened and knew my bridal image better than I did myself. The dress was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Everyone loved it! Once the wedding came, and I walked up to the aisle, there was an audible gasp from the audience... it was the most beautiful gown and story book moment anyone had ever seen, and I had ever experienced.I honestly can’t thank the entire Sposa Bella team enough for everything they did.
