I dont like how the owner walks around the store watching you like you are going to steal (EVERYONE DOES NOT STEAL LOVE)!!!

I was in need of some items and was passing by and thought Id stop in. I was surprised at the high prices, but the salesperson was very helpful.

Poor customer service I was highly disappointed I drove 30 minutes in the city that Im not from to go to this hair store and could not get decent service

Worst experience here. I bought extension and the guy behind the counter stated that it was the right color. Got home and it was not the right color. Came right back and tried to exchange for a different color and told me I could not exchange. I have never dealt with that at a beauty store before in my life. DO NOT GO HERE

I purchased some hair from them recently which was 29.99 a pack well when i had it put in the hair wouldnt curl i went back and explained to them that the hair wouldnt curl and on the pack it said it was 100% human hair. The lady who work in there was so rude, she stated that they couldnt do anything about it she stated i would just have to buy some more hair i will be reporting them to the BBB
