My husband brought the wrong hair for my oldest girl and almost a week later they let me exchange it with no questions asked(I did have the receipt). Customer service is great. The staff is knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely do all of my hair care shopping here from now on.

The people are always nice and they dont follow you around like most beauty supply stores. They greet you when you first walk in and ask if you need help then they leave you alone. They have a wide selection of hair and other products.Christian environment and I love hearing the uplifting music while shopping.

Love them they welcome you instantly since a repeat customer!! Hate how they Hawk watch those who may not be regulars!! Witnessed more than 2x the clerks didnt disable every device that trigger they alarm . Immediately treated the customer as a thief only to see it was they mistake .🤦🏾‍♀️

This place has everything I need

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The merchandise I bought was damaged when I opened them but when I wanted to exchange they first told me they didnt exchange cosmetics, when I told them they came out of the box damaged they then said store policy was five days. The receipt says 7 days. I will be reportingto the better business Bureau. I would like to find the owner too, the employee was extremely rude.

Meh, their employees always follow you around the store as if your going to steal... Their friendly, but it makes you feel uncomfortable to shop... They should lay back a bit... They have a pretty big selection on the floor for purchase. Real hair bundles are always behind the counter. 3 stars because I felt uncomfortable. I didnt even have a purse and I wore shorts and a cute tank top... oh well...Not everyone is a thief.:(

They have alot of things.... But is one of the overpriced beauty supply stores🙄🙄🤨. And the price tag say 1 thing and you get to the front counter and she charge you a different price 🤦🏽‍♀️
