Went in for an item. The girl helped me remember which one to get. They were out of stock so she called three other stores to try and help me. The other stores did not have one I could pick up. While she was ordering the product to be sent to my house another woman asked if I needed some of the product to take with me till the item arrived and she gave me a small amount of it.Overall completely impressed with their customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me.

The young lady was awesome, she picked two perfect shades for me, and gave me good advice as to how I could wear each foundations and concealer. She took her time with me. It was great service all around.

First off, let me say that I am a faithful MAC mama! This is my brand of choice when buying makeup and I am from Tuscaloosa so I usually shop at the counter there and love the staff there, but about once a month I go to Birmingham to visit my aunt Trisha and we always go to the MAC store to see new products or turn in our back to MAC stuff or whatever... I just want to tell y’all how fabulous Nathan is! He always greets you when you come in the door with a smile on his face. He has an amazing amount of knowledge about products and skin types and he is wonderful when it comes to matching you with colors for your features and your complexion! I can’t tell you how much I love him!!! I hope you all will go see him if you need any help with your makeup! My aunt is in her late 60s and she thinks he’s a doll also! She always wants him to help her when she goes into the store! 😉❤️

They are always knowledgeable and do a really good job when I get my face done. I love them and their work. The artists that I have had always try to teach you things when they are working with you which I can appreciate. Will be the only location I go to.

They were super helpful. The colors we used for my daughter’s dance line were discontinued and the consultant helped us match new colors for the group of 30! No fuss just great help.

Nathan was awesome. He knew the exact color I needed without doing a million swatches. Very personable and helpful. Doesnt push products-just recommends. Highly reccomend!!

Excellent service!!! Got a chance to learn how to put on eye make up! Ashleigh and Shay were very helpful! Ask for them they are very patient and knows what works for your skin!

Scott was phenomenal!! He helped me find the perfect lipstick shade and gave me some tips to put it on perfectly! He also helped me find the right shade of foundation to match my skin tone and products to help moisturize my skin! Scott and the rest of the staff are amazing!

Nathan has awesome customer service!!! My mom and I drove 2 hours from Auburn, Al to get expert advice, and we received just that! He was very knowledgeable about ALL of the products in the store. Nathan had a very pleasant and inviting attitude/personality! If youre ever in the Birmingham area, make sure to stop by and visit Nathan in the Summit for all of your make-up needs!

I went in today to get some new concealer and was met at the door by a really sweet sales associate. He instantly asked me what I needed help with and knew what color concealer I needed by just looking at me for about 10 seconds. He was super helpful and I will definitely go back again!

Tiffany is the BEST
