Lux always had what I need and if its not on the shelf they have gone as far as having it brought in from another location for me.Always excellent service. 😊

Very nice store! BUT prices too high! With your receipt, They hardly take anything back that you brought from there, If you wanted to exchange or refund!! BUT you do get discounts off your purchases!!! The items still be high with your discounts too!!! ALSO the owner will follow you around or keep and eye on ya😉

I love that it was very easy to get to, even though it is located in a high traffic area. The customer service was great! As soon as I walked into the store, there were associates there waiting to greet me. When I told them what I was looking for, they didnt just point and tell me over there, the associate walked me over, asked questions for my specifics AND explained which would be better from the options that were given. Their prices are very accommodating and reasonable too. I never agree to having a membership or signing up for a mailing list but because of the service I received and the vast amount of options in their store, I didnt hesitate giving them my name and number because I know for a fact I will be back.

Never had a problem. They are very helpful. Iam not big on hair or hair quality.I show them a picture and they lead me to the right direction. And with explanation as to why this hair or not that hair.

This is a great week store its very nice and clean and I always come out with a wig they have a great variety so go check them out at lux on greensprings.

I do not know the requirements in working in tis store. At one time I would love going into this store and the conversations I had with the staff. Now it appears to have hired young, rude and unprofessional. One would think to work here you would know something about an eye lash glue. I do not so I would hope the woman behind the counter could help me., she couldnt.

There are always kind and very helpful to you I appreciate the way that Im treated when Im there they go out of their way to make sure that you are taking care of.

I love this beauty supply store!!! I always spend more than intend to they have a large selection of stuff. They have jewelry among other things. It nice not too cluttered and all the employees are pleasant.

My first experience wig shopping was a breeze! My attendant was knowledgeable, personable and, honest on which wigs would look great on me. The store was clean and organized and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would definitely recommend and be back!

This beauty supply store was well stocked and clean. The lady that helped me was friendly and took the time to show me what I wanted and didnt mske me feel rushed. She also spoke so I could understand her and she understood me. The aisles were not crowded and were wide enough to walk through without bumping into things.

Don’t come here! I had to basically help myself (I used their grab stick to get wigs off of the top shelf while staff was standing around talking)BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It was as usual so far a wonderful experience. The only thing that was a little disappointing today, was they didnt have the color hair Im usually able to buy from them. Hopefully next time theyll be a little more stocked. But for the most part I was able to get in and out and thats always a good thing. Will always recommend them. They provide really good service as well.

Ive been shopping here since opening and always tend to find just what I need--no issues there. However, I have noticed a shift in the experience while I shop. What used to be a pleasant and friendly visit has lately turned into the complete opposite. I feel like Im always being watched and followed to the point that I want to walk right back out and take my money elsewhere. I love the product selection but the excessive following and peering through the aisles (at least make it not so obvious) is a real problem for me. I really like this store, again, because of the selection but this kind of behavior is a bummer.

Purchased defective products on 2 separate occasions... UPDATE: went back as the owner suggested. They agreed one product was defective and that the other was not not defective but false advertisement (on the manufacturer) and they still refused to refund my money or exchange items. My advice: Go to Beauty Masters where they appreciate your business!!

For a beauty supply store.....they have the best variety of beauty products that most bss dont have. Great store they just sell out of things so fast and you have to wait for them to restock in about 2 weeks. I recommend this place. Just be prepared for them to be sold out of what youre looking for. Have to catch them at the right time.

CASHIERS ARE LIARS AND GREEDYThe employees were outstanding! Each woman had a pleasant smile on her face and always asked if I needed help finding anything. I went to this store today to purchase two bottles of oil sheen activator. The total would have been $6.20. I had more than enough money on my card. The cashier(s) told me it declined. As I walked out the store embarrassed, I called my bank again to check and my balance was $70. I proceeded to go to Walmart and Freds -- my card-- was approved at both stores. I guess they were deceptive because I didnt purchase expensive products!Joy Williams

Store is fairly new, but very expensive! The costs for synthetic products is insane! They watch you like a hawk, like most Korean owned beauty supply stores. Nothing really special about it other than it’s a different store in Homewood.
