Ever since this shortage of lace & black hair care Hair Depot has been the only place to get PREMIUM 12A lace and the bundles are just as good . Also the staff is very very friendly and helpful 😩 I will NEVER shop at another beauty supply long as they open

This place is great. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful without being overbearing like some other places. Prices are pretty good and good variety of products. And it is awsome that they are open on Sunday when most others nearby are closed!

Their supply was extensive, but only a man to assist. I did not feel comfortable asking for advice on my purchase. He did offer though!

The guy working the store was extremely nice. I dont like how nothing was priced. Every item I grabbed an item it didnt have A price so I had to ask when I got to the counter and its as if he was pricing things on an impromptu basis and were overpricing the items. Ive never paid $3 for A comb & neither will I.

CJ is nice but after buying some bad hair that he recommend I tried to bring it back and he said no refunds but I could contact the vender! The vender needed proof of purchase. I did not get a reciept. CJ said its nothing he can do. So Im stuck with bad hair and no reciept! Very upset and disappointed I spent $130. Now CJ wants to only give me 25 percent and make me purchase more hair? Good customer service ??? How that fixing the problem?
