Great customer service! I had a fairly large order through Uber Eats and wrong order was delivered. I had no idea how to get it quickly rectified (we were HUNGRY)! I called Bagel Factory and they remade the order and delivered it themselves still hot and with extra food for the inconvenience. Way to go Bagel Factory!

Hands-down, our favorite bagel place! Just left there Sunday, August 6, 2018. The gal opening the store was very sweet. She saw me waiting in the parking lot early and open the door for me. Great place❤️

My go-to place for bagels. Always good here. They put together a respectable lox sandwich as well. Great neighborhood joint .

Bagels were good but when we ordered they didnt have the cream cheese we wanted even as an offer and after they called back to ask us what bagels we wanted they ended up giving us plain bagels and like 3 of the ones we actually asked for

I think it would be great. there are Tons of people that like bagels AND bacon. it could be a big seller. I dont normally do reviews but today its needed. I dont appreciate the rudeness that I got from the older gentleman that was ringing me up. It seems like he felt the need to correct me on what I needed a extra bag for, when all he needed to do was politely hand me a bag. I get that a line was forming behind me, but dont be rude & rush me out the way, my money is just as good as the folks behind me. Also, I didnt like how the lady was correcting the young man in front of me & the other customers, she should of pulled him to the side. So my tip for today is please treat all your customers the same, learn to be more patient & make the customer feel like they want to come back.

First time coming to the store, the store was very busy but the women behind the counter was quite rude. I ordered my bagels toasted but I was given warm bagels not toasted. And one of the bagels were very under baked.Won’t go back ...

They need to start Staffing more people during the busy hours. I sat in there for seven minutes without even being talked to when there was less than 3 people in line including myself so I had to walk out. Great bagels and CC but terrible wait times. This was at 9 in the morning.

Bagels and the cream cheese is good but thats about it! The customer service is horrible! They arent welcoming, polite or very helpful at all. It feels like they dont have time to answer a simple question when your the only person there. When I tried to check out it felt like they were already trying to make change when I pulled my wallet out when I was going to pet with a card.. They are just rude there, Ive tried to give them the benefit, and tried them several times over the last 2 months and every single time I walk away mad b/c its not a friendly incitement at all.

I came in this morning for a bagel and coffee. My first time in store. I must have repeated that I wanted a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese at least three times. When the bagel was being prepared, she said Plain, right? and I repeated my order again. Imagine my disappointment when I get to work only to find that Ive been given a salt and poppyseed bagel with strawberry cream cheese.

I had a great experience here. Very clean and candid. Ill be back! Loved the people.

Amazing bagel place, really good bagel sandwichs, fast, simple, cheap and good.

Good food, but they get our orders wrong almost every time, even when pointed the order is wrong, they remake and it’s still not always correct. Perhaps the staff should write down the orders as opposed to tying to remember.

Disappointed. These bagels are doughy and not at all like New York style. Maybe they were undercooked? 👎

And besides bagels you can get sandwiches I had a corned beef sandwich on rye bagel the sandwich was vantastic

Bagels are good but the customer service is terrible. I called ahead for a large order and the woman who answered the phone was awfully rude. This has happened on multiple occasions.
