These dudes did a awesome job and beat everyone else price by far! They also had it done in like 3 hours start to finish! Definitely will take any other exaust job to them in the future

They were very helpful and courteous.My car was put on the rack and checked in a matter of minutes. Even though the work I needed done they dont do, I was helped and informed as much as possible. Two different people I know recommended them. If you need work done try them, I cant give more stars because my car was not fixed here. But only because what I need done they dont do, but they did tell me what exactly needs to be fixed.

I brought my Jeep in and while they couldn’t do the work they recommended a place that might be able to do the job. I respect a business that is honest with a customer and applaud them for not taking on a job they aren’t comfortable with.

I took my boyfriend truck here (2002 Dodge Ram) to have the exhaust pipe welded back together. I was greeted upon my arrival. The customer service was great. The mechanic explained everything properly to me and asked upfront was I aware of the price. Not a long wait at all!!! He immediately started on the job. Overall the service was great and he and I both were very pleased!

I hate having car trouble and K&M fixed my issues years ago on another vehicle I had; I thought the issue was my muffler after a diagnosis by K&M it was my manifold and they were able to refer me to someone else. Great customer service and theyre not even doing the repair.

Older mechanic was very knowledgeable and very good at pin pointing problem with my vehicle and repairing it without costing me an arm and a leg.

Very unprofessional and one of the mechanics is very lazy!!! He kept my car for two weeks and did not even work on my car!! He is a big liar and doesnt need to be a mechanic since he acts like he doesnt want to be there or cant do any work!! Full of excuses!! Never again will I go to this shop!!

Took my car in for new brakes. They finished the work in a few hours. Immediately after I drove it from the shop I noticed something felt different about the way my car drove. 2 hours later and my car completely shuts off while Im on the interstate. After spending $500 on new brakes I had to spend another $100 to get it towed home. When I called them the next morning they said not our fault and hung up. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! It now has cost me thousands to get it fixed!!

I was overcharged for pipes. They did not run all new pipes . Cut off and welded new pipes to old ones. I was charged $600 for pipes.The guy down the street does better work for about half the price and runs all new pipes.They also cut and hacked parts off my truck instead of bending the pipes correctly for a custom fit. I could have bought pipe kit and had them welded on. FIND Someone else!!!!!

I drive all the way from Chelsea just because I trust them, great prices, respectful staff, and fast service.

Stay the hell away from this place. Called to get a quote and was very rude. Explained what i needed and was cut off before I could ever tell him full details. Wanted a Muffler with two pipes coming out 1 foot long and that was it $500.00 really, these people are a real special kind of stupid.

I was blessed to receive service from the most inexperienced worker in the shop. Told me he would start with changing a part to see if that would help. Sorry, Im not going to let him experiment with my money. If you cant find the problem just say that. I can easily go to another shop to receive service. Paid money to leave with the same information that I came with. Very unprofessional.

Poor rating the mechanics and welders working are in experienced don’t have sufficient knowledge and don’t know what they do I took my camry to fix the muffler they don’t have the parts they told me to come back next day they will have the parts I went the next day when the welder put the car on the lift, he said it was very difficult for him to fix it. I don’t understand why they told me to come the next day when they know their workers are Not technically qualified.

They was highly rude, Im never going back.

I was told they could do the job waited over 1.5 hours they put it on the rack and decide they couldnt.... it was obvious they could he just didnt want to do the job... I would recomend Jeffs in Oneonta its a little drive, but better priced and can do any exhaust you want, without complaining or huffing and puffing.

I spent my money getting a tune up on my truck dont waste your time or money getting your car fix. My patience is gone I waste gas going back to them six time fix the problems on my truck and still not running right. My Worst experience I ever had to go through at K&M Muffler and brakes👎👎😈

They stole my catalytic converter off and put in a straight pipe. The owner is a drug user and the lady that answers the phone is really rude. Do you self a favor and go else were pay a little extra to save your self a headache
