Always, upfront with repairs. Never try to talk you to other work. Trust them completely. Free oil changes dont hurt either.

So I really have to give it to these folks. It seems they have all the right stuff that the sales department apparently completely failed to obtain. Theyre super nice and easy to work with about everything. After you have been worked over by the sales department you can at least look forward to aftercare from them.

I am well pleased with Jim Burk automotive and their staff, and especially Mr.Morris Caffey who is always smiling and joyfully, hes joyful when you come in and hes joyful when you leave, very humble, he listens to everything that you need to be done on your car, and he makes sure that it gets done, Ive known him for several years and he still has a great attitude, once your car has been finishing, he will always escort me to my car, very professional, friendly, and eager to serve all customers, he always addresses me by my last name, and ask what can he do for me today, intelligent, and very respectful. He needs to get a raise, a man that loves his job and people, and Mr. Caffey smiles glows up the whole building with his awesome smiles. Thank you Mr.Caffey may God continue to bless you because you shine, and draws people.

Had appointment, when I got there it went down hill...couldnt find my appointment initially...whats the purpose of an appointment and the oil change takes 2 hours

This dealership is ver efficient and quick I would highly recommend.

Arrived for service 45 mins early they told me the shuttle could get me to my destination. But could not get me back.After the lady that took my reservation told me they would take me wherever i needed to go.

Wife went in 3 months after purchasing a vehicle from Subaru for her first “free” oil change.Technician notified her 2 hours in that he was performing a full service of the vehicle- making her leave in tears with a $700 bill. Stay away if possible.

Super friendly gentlemen working here, wish they had a larger selection of instock accessories, needed a part, asked if they could ship to Mt house, they said they couldnt so i went online and found out landers mcarty subaru in Huntsville would happily send me the part to my house. Thats the only dissapointment I came across, the customer service otherwise is exceptional.
