He took care of the wheel bar and backed up his work. I haven’t had anymore problems with that area. He followed up to a while later to ensure the car wasn’t having anymore issues or the same issue. I am a pleased customer.Suzy

When I come in and say I have a radiator leak and need a new hose, I dont want to pay $100 for an hour of diagnostics to report that I have a radiator leak and need a new hose. I f I come to you and say my car is making a strange noise and not running correctly, I can see it might take a diagnostics test. When it is a obvious hose leaking, there is no way you spent an hour doing diagnostics, and it is not right that you charge me for an hour of diagnostics so such a simple repair. If you could show me how it took an hour to diagnose that the hose was leaking I will raise my star rating to 5!

My truck was at the shop for 2 months. Ive had repairs here before for my other vehicles and the work was good, but didnt take that long. My engine light is now on again. With the amount of money I paid for the repairs, I wasnt expecting to see the engine light so soon.

Prices were entirely too high for the vehicles they had. Better off going to a real dealership

It was great to me because they picked my car up on a Tuesday. When I called them they told me that they were very busy and that they would get to my car as soon as possible. They kept in contact with me and told me everything that needed to be fixed. I like them because they did not do a rush job on my car. They fixed it with no problem. They are in a very good location. If you are looking for a someone to fix you car. I recommend In Touch Automotive. The prices are fair according to the work.

The service is immaculate! I had a used motor put in my Dodge in July 2018 and they also fixed my exhaust as well. The price was reasonable, very affordable. They service was done in a in timely manner and technicians took very good care of my car. It ran so good after the great job they did and the exhaust was so quiet. I highly recommend this shop, as it was clean and it is a very friendly and inviting atmosphere.

This seems to be a good and honest garage.. They had a little trouble getting my car working, but they worked with me and got it done in the end. Brad explained things completely and they worked hard to complete on time.

Stopped in for quick oil change. 10 minutes in and out. This is a full service garage and they seemed like they do quality work.

Horrible work. I had to keep going back for him to fix what he didnt properly fix from the beginning. Then he tried to charge me twice. The devil is a lie!! Dont go, the owner seems nice but his mechanical work isnt worth the time nor final price. Bc i still ended up going to another place to get the same thing fixed. If i add on what he charged me plus what i had to pay to get it done again what initially was a $200 job turned out to be $490. Save yourself

Our catalytic converter went out and Brad Smith made sure that everything we needed was shipped overnight and our car was finished before noon the next day!Also, we had to go a second time for a bad sensor that was fixed within minutes! Not to mention -- we also got a free t-shirt!His service was impeccable and if we have any more problems, we will be more than sure to give him a call!

I wish I had of read the reviews before taking my vehicle here. Do not take your vehicle to Intouch Automotive. My car came back with more problems then it went in with. It was supposed to be in the shop 1 day and it stayed 5 for a simple headlight change and a hood cable install. I was severely over changed for work they claimed they did but really didnt. I had to make 2 additional trips to resolve missing parts and a leak that did not start until after they returned my car. If I could give zero stars I would.

Your diagnostic was wrong you guys ripped me off 65 dollars valve stem low pressure line was bad went too pull a part purchased valve for 1 dollar I myself released pressure from high pressure valve went too walmart and purchased a can 16ounce can of 134 refrigerant / with hose which you guys never put in Iput the can in air working now and I saved 225 dollars which your company tried too get from me..............Thanks Brad

Oil change was the cheapest Ive found.Oil change was a short 5 or 6 minutes.Ill be back for that and maybe more if needed.

I have an 06 Dodge Ram Diesel with an electrical problem that didnt want to turn on and it had been to 3 shops for over three months and with in of matter of days that guys got there hands on they were able to find the problem. They got the truck back 4 days later, running!! Experts on auto electrical.
