A+/Erik has been taking care of my cars for 15+ years now, and I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on them. They are the most honest auto repair shop that Ive ever dealt with. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently, and theyre not going to try and sell you on something more than what youve asked for or actually need. I would recommend A+ to anyone who is looking for auto repairs!

We were out of town, stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a camper, and desperate! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ A+ was actually recommended to us by a whole different auto shop— one explanation of our situation and they knew A+ would be the ones to help us! One call to A+ and they helped to get our truck towed to the shop and rolled right into the bay ASAP!Even offered to help get the camper towed if we couldn’t get the truck back on the road same day.They Kept in contact with us via text till the very end of our experience and I don’t think they’ll ever truly know how much they helped to put myself and my husband at ease! We were able to get back on the road and enjoy every moment of our vaca!And cost..... well let’s just say he probably could’ve charged me way more and I wouldn’t have known otherwise.Honest, hard working, amazing people at A+!!!

I can not say how thankful I am to have a hometown mechanic that I can trust!!!!.We have used Eriks company for years for all of our vehicles, and trust him without question. But we are entering a new phase of life, and our son is now in college at Auburn. He called home to say his truck wouldnt start. We called AAA and had them tow it to the closest local shop, where they told us it was the fuel pump and would cost $825.00 to fix. My husband said I am going to call Erik and ask him what he thinks Not gonna lie. I thought that was a waste of time. I mean, how could Erik help him over the phone without even looking at the truck. Boy was I wrong. Erik told my husband that it was rare for my sons truck to have fuel pump issues that require it to be replaced and told them to check the fuse in the engine area. My husband called that shop, and went a few rounds with the technician and then the manager, and basically just asked them to check the fuse in the engine area before they did anything else. And guess what...It was the FUSE. It was a $1.50 fix (which they didnt make us pay since my husband had to go several rounds with them just to get them to check it). Sure does make us thankful for a mechanic who is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Not many shops would answer your questions from the beach and then continue to call and check on you until your husband makes it down to you and your kids! But this is the kind of shop and owner A Plus is! I called from Orange Beach with my car acting up the husband wasn’t coming down for a few more days but Erik continually text to check on us until jeff arrived. That is why we are loyal customers and will always be!

The repair price I was given seemed fair but the customer service was terrible! Cant deal with somebody that doesnt know how to treat customers respectfully. Very disappointing.

True story: Another repair place had my car 3 months trying to figure out what was wrong with it and finally I saw several FB posts about A+ and so I gave Erik a call, he sent a wrecker to the other place and picked up my car. After HONESTLY having my car in his shop less than an hour Erik called me and told me exactly what was wrong with my car and the cost to fix it! That was on a Friday, on Wed of the next week my car was fixed and actually the cost was a little cheaper than the quote! BAMMMM! Never took my car anywhere else again! Just a few weeks ago ... same car broke down, had it towed to A+, in less than a day fixed and ready to roll and it did not cost me either of my kids!!! This truely is an A+ PLACE! ***** 5 STAR SERVICE EVERY TIME!

I had a lift put on my truck along with tint and painted calipers and all, totalling 6,000.00. I had a front end issue and truck squeaked and was never right. They couldnt fixed it and I took it to 2 Chevrolet dealerships in Gadsden and Guntersville. They didnt put on the right equipment and they acted like they didnt care or wanted to make it right. I traded it to Bob Hembree Chevrolet due to this and hate that I couldnt get them to care at all. Atleast i got a vehicle that works and Bob Hembree had to take off the lift and put on a new lift which worked. You think paying 6,000.00 they would have treated me better. They sent me a text to do a review... I was being a nice guy and moving on, but this upsets me.
