They were able to fix my air conditioner in about 15 mins! It was amazing! I didn’t even have an appointment and they were transparent about pricing too! Excellent service and experience!

I have never had a bad experience there. The mechanics are nice and helpful and the person who works the front desk regardless of who it is always friendly and easy to talk too.

I took my car in for a oil change and about a hour later my car cut off. I called them about it and they said they would look at it. They claimed it was unrelated to the oil change. But I honestly think they just didnt want to be held responsible and tried to charge me 800 dollars for a fuel pump. Seems shady to me.

I only take my car here for oil changes even if I have to work out of town and have to wait to get it changed when I get back in town. They have the best customer service around and let me know promptly when anything needs to be addressed when/if they find something but arent pushy about getting me to fix it. The best part is the price by far. They have the best price for an oil change and vehicle inspection in town. I will always take my vehicle here to be serviced. I highly recommend this place.

Worst SERVICE THAT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I PAID ABOUT 300.00 DOLLARS FOR FRONT AND BACK BRAKE PADS THAT CARRIED A YEAR GUARANTEE. I never had an actual experience other than me contacting them to price an engine installation service. I was told that he didnt have time to look up a price but asked me to shop around and find the lowest price and that they would beat that price. I called several days later and was informed of the same thing and told the man of the cheapest price that I had found. He then said he wouldnt be able to help me and to use the other mechanic shop! False advertisement by word of mouth and to top it off, he hung up on me!

This is the only place that I trust with my car! The service is great and speedy, even when the bays are full! Great customer service, they will treat you like family and make sure your car is in tip top shape!

I’ve been here twice now and have had good experiences both times. They tend to stay very busy, but always do a good job of being timely for being so busy. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they took the time to go over my cars issues with me and were very respectful. Will be coming back again for sure. Especially as a woman, I appreciate being shown respect in the auto industry. We like to learn about our cars and how to keep them running too!

Really competitive rates which is great if you are a student or budgeting ( and I am both). They were also able to see me on short notice. Theyre incredibly thorough and found a few things that couldve been problematic down the road and even showed me the problems that were talking about. Got oil change, brake pads, and tune up. Showed me the seal on my radiator cap was cracking and where my water pump was leaking. Will definitely be using them again.

Very horrible service after my radiator was replaced. I was told to continue to put water in my car which I shouldnt have had to do that if it was replaced with a brand new radiator. For the price I spent it better have been brand new. Smh waste of money and drive and my car is still messed up. Never again will I ever visit this location or any of them because of this bad experience.

Worst service!!!! At the end the cashier just said we didn’t meet your expectation. Price for oil change is even higher than dealership! Can’t think of any reason why should go there again. Guess they just shoot for one time service anyway.

Im not a very car saavy guy, but do know customer service. I signed up for an appointment through USAA RepairPal and thought that this place would have integrity. I was wrong.I took it in one week. That Friday I had to call THEM to get an update on a Lexus IS350. They told me they did a few test and had more to run. The following Tuesday they informed me that the control head need to be replaced. I told them I didnt want the work done. At that moment, not the Friday I called them, not the day I brought it to them, but that Tuesday I was informed that I would be charged $45 everyday the car remained there. Why wouldnt you inform someone of this at the initial dropoff?So I get there and fortunately I was not charged the $45. I try to leave and the vehicle, which only the AC wasnt working and the TPS light was on. When I get the vehicle back my parking brake light, check engine light, power steering light, and my ABS light was all of a sudden on.I used them through USAA and this is how they are with customers. Poor.

Youre always going to experience suggestive selling but this is one of the fastest places in town and their website has coupons that make it cheapest. The wait isnt bad at all if you happen to be craving the waffle house next door.

Sure, they were nice and did the work, but when I got my itemized receipt checked by an independent mechanic from a different garage, their prices were way more than what should have been charged. The biggest one being that they charged for taking broken parts off, which is part of the work that goes into fixing it and would not be charged elsewhere (which was confirmed by another trusted mechanic my family has gone to for years). Get a quote and get it checked by someone else before you agree to the work.

Paid for a diagnosis on my brakes which was $40. Wanted to charge me 482+ tax for 2 rotors and brakes and said they wanted to take my old brake fluid out and put some new in,check my emergency brake and charged labor for each thing he was going to install. So after i talked it over with my granddad he told me to leave. i told them i couldn’t afford the price and then he tried to take the price down and take the brake flush and checking my back brakes off it came down to 373+tax i thought about but i still declined. After that they did not say thank you for coming or anything. just gave me my keys. this is the second time this has happened trying to over charge don’t go here! go to tire engineers. i ended up having a friend doing my brakes paid for parts which was wayyy cheaper thank god ! Also my brake fluid was clean and did not need changing so they lied about that as well, and checking for my emergency brake ? nobody rides on there emergency brake. since i’m a young woman they will try and rip you off be careful ladies .!

I took my Subaru in for an oil change. I asked them to look at the brakes to make sure they were good since it had been awhile. The guy told me I needed rear brakes, and offered me a good price. I could not afford it at the time, so I waited. In the meantime, I spoke to a co-worker, who said, OMG, dont go there! I was there really recently and overheard the employees talking about one of the guys there who was so bad and told people they needed work they didnt need done, and were joking about it.! So I took it to another place for a second opinion, and they said I did not need brakes! So buyer, beware. I put one star because I had to put a star to post this, but I would not put any stars if that was an option!

We just left the shop 30mins ago & when we made it home my belt started making a strange noise. We open the hood to find the oil stick wasnt closed all the way and a drill was stuck in between my belt and melt under my hood.... Wow I hope my belt isnt ruined and I have no future problems!

They recommended I get rear wheel bearings on my vehicle. My car made awful noises after the work was done, I took the car to them twice after and they still did not fix it. I had another mechanic fix the car which was the same thing the left wheel bearings. Dont take your vehicle here, they arent trustworthy at all and cannot even fix what they mess up.

Easily the worst car shop Ive ever been to. I would suggest going here if you want to see 5 mechanics chilling in the back room while 1 guy does most of the work. Ive been here three times and theyve all been awful. The most recent time I went I got an oil change. Not even a week later my car started acting funny and my change engine oil light came on. I looked at the preferred date to return and it said 2/30/2016. If they dont even know how many days are in February I dont see how anyone would expect them to properly fix cars.

So I went in for a simple oil change and a day after my engine came on. Didnt have this problem before. Ill take it back tomorrow

I let them put my heater core in 3 days ago my car was running good just didnt have heat now I have no car to drive cause it barely cranks and cuts off every 5 mins but the workers cant tell me whats wrong this aint right somebody please help me I had my own brand new heater core and antifreeze they charge 180 for labor extra 80 for hoses now Im out a car

They have come a long way. Where it used to take hours to get a simple oil change now only take 30-45mins. There are times however depending on staffing that it may take longer periods of time

Wanted to do a new review since they replied and lied on my other one. This shop lied and said I bought a used tire and brought it to them to put on after they told me that’s what I needed to stop a noise that they caused. Good used tires down the street replaced my tire not you all. I really need you all to stick with one lie. They also doctored paperwork saying I came up there earlier this year then sent out another letter saying I didn’t. These people are CROOKS I promise you that. I’ve been told if they find out someone else fixes your car, they pay other mechanics that people take their cars to to fix the damage they did to avoid going to court. Good things don’t come to those who lie and don’t do right by people.
