Hannah Keeton is awesome!!! I had my leftfront wheel bearing replaced, an alignment, oilchanged, tires rotated, and a recall on a latch taken care of while I waited comfortably on my car to be returned to me. I was in and out and Hannah has been so attentive. I have worked with her on a few things now and she knows how to take care of business. All of the staff are so polite and respectful. I only go to Jim Burke for all of my car needs.

I got an oil change and requested a 27 point inspection. When I left the dealership I realized that I needed new windshield wipers and the battery for my key faub needed to be replaced. I am not sure what the checklist is for a 27 point inspection, but I think that checking the wear on the windshield wipers and batteries for the key faub are 2 very simple checklist items that are important.On a positive note, I was very pleased with my service Rep. He was very patient, courteous, respectful and informative. As a result of that, I would go back and recommend others to this service department as well.

Well my experience was pretty great overall when purchasing the vehicle, however, when trying to get my second key is been, less than favorable because I had to go multiple times just to get my second key and they couldn’t find it and they lost it and then they had to re-order another one and then after I come to get it programmed I couldn’t get it program due to whatever excuse. So I’m not exactly happy about that but otherwise the purchasing of the vehicle went smoothly
They were not helpful at all. Car was purchased 6 weeks ago. The battery was failing, I had driven 1000 miles over the limit, they would not replace it, or discount the price of a new one. 84 month battery failing after 6 weeks. So frustrated with them on the no budge on customer needs. I will not return. A parts store replaced the battery, gave me a discount And put it in. Saved me 100 dollars. Totally felt they got the money, now go away. I will not go back.
This was the easiest and fastest experience buying a car! I worked with Ms Barbara and Vincent but everyone there at the dealership is so pleasant and helpful. At first I thought this was a great reputable dealership. However, I will warn you to go somewhere else. they are not transparent about what they are doing nor can they provide you definitive answers on your issues. I went in and was asked if I wanted to refinance my car. What actually occurred was them reselling me back my own vehicle (which I did not purchase from them) at a price point that was more than I originally even owed on the vehicle. On top of this they charged me several hidden fees that were not addressed even after asking the finance lady what the amount specifically included. Save your self the heartache and go to another dealer.

I later called back and spoke to Chris about my 2018 Ram crew cab with 15,000 miles on it, I came down and looked at refinancing and decided to trade it for a new car instead. They are horrible! I took my car in to see what was going on with it and to let them know my car was smoking! They just changed my oil and made the smoking worse, then just parked my car outside and didn’t even tell me it was ready! Let’s’ not forget if you have an appointment with them, when you get there they put the walk ins before you! Glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Mitsubishi treats you wayyy better!

He (and the mechanics) was helpful in helping find the issue concerning my vehicle plus he noticed a recall service for my vehicle. I also used the shuttle service. Told me I needed service that had previously been performed with their department. Told that service HAD NOT been performed there. Then showed me the history of my service which was missing appointments. This is the 2nd time this has occurred.
I wanna say first off, I don’t remember the guy I spoke with but he was very friendly, my maxima was overheating every 10 minutes before I took it here, but after a few days, they gave me a ring and I’ve picked it up today, didn’t run hot at all on the way to work, and they even went out of the way to handle my power steering issue, great service. will definitely be back if I have any other issues with the old girl.

I would give 0 star, if it was an option. This was the second time my simple oil change was poorly done! First time leaked all over my new garage bc the mechanic did not tighten screws. Today, my car was smoking and sputtering, returned to the dealership. I was told that the mechanic misread the oil fill requirements for my 2020 Nissan Kicks! Stay away! The free oil change is not worth the hassle!!!!!! I am filing a complaint with the BBB!!!!
The repair shop and guys were great. Nissan corporate on the other hand, I had a word about there 2013 Altima transmission longevity. 40,000 miles isn’t gonna cut it.

Our Vehicle has been at the service department since Monday. A guy named Adam is supposed to be taking care of us but we have yet to here anything about our vehicle. Called today for Adam not to be there and the other person telling us our vehicle hasn’t even been looked at. Every time we say something about a loaner vehicle we get the run around. No one has called us back with any information about our brand new car that’s already having transmission problems. Very unprofessional!

The customer service of the service departments was great but unable to resolve my issue due to Nissan’s attempt to screw over it customers. Nissan knows there is an issue with a certain type of transmission and the fact that they won’t correct the issue is a direct correlation dealership like yourself will see. I didn’t get any work done today will never buy another Nissan again or use their service department until they do the correct thing. If you know something is wrong do the right thing, before the government steps ins and does it for you. Enough signatures of the petition a customer started and soon enough the lawsuits will begin.

I call went down the next day and i tell you i never got a car that fast its use to take all day to buy a car no this day it only took about 5 hours we were in and out they work hard for us and made it work they put me in a very new car and one were i can get in and out without no problem yes i am a very happy with how things came out and yes i will tell everyone about them and thats the place to go thanks Jim Burke.

I had my car service for the first time as well as I had them to take care of an recall item for the car. I dropped my car off a little after 7 am and they were finished before 9 am. They had a driver take me to work and once the work was finished. I received an email as well as a telephone call informing me the work was complete. They sent a lift driver to bring me back to the service department to retrieve my car.

I’m starting to think it worth paying for oil change at least you know service is being performed. After returning to Jim Burke 10/25, I confirmed my original statement, Jim Burke service center performed below average service. I had to wait over 2.5 for an oil change and tie rotation, then told I needed brakes (3-5pm), and was lied to about the garage being slammed, but everyone who arrived after me was done.
Normally I have a short wait, but this time my appt. was at 1:00 and they dos not even take my car back till 2:30. They also were not able to do everything I needed done so I had to make another appointment. Everyone is always nice though. Just need to be better at getting you back on your appt. time.
Working with Phil and AJ they did everything over the phone to where we didn’t have to drive an hour to the dealership except to sign papers and pick up our new vehicle. The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. We will definitely be back as well as send business their way!

If I could give 0 Stars I absolutely would, because 1 star is just a stretch.I would rather pay for my oil changes then to deal with their service department. My first encounter with them should’ve been a lesson learned, but I was trying again because second chances are due to fix first time mistakes. After today I learned they mess up once go find another Nissan dealership because Jim Burke’s service is terrible. I first found it odd that when I set my appointment the call center told me that I couldn’t choose an appointment time just the day of appointment. That was a issue, but I cleared my schedule and took an additional day of from work to get my oil change due to me leaving out of town the following morning. I get there 15 minutes before appointment time and get checked in. Then after waiting for over 2 hours I ask someone standing around why is my car just parked to the side and no one said anything to me. I assumed my car was completed and they just didn’t come get me. Instead the advisor messed up and instead my car was just sitting 2 hours while I’m not advised of any of this. All the other advisors were coming in to other customers giving them updates but mine was no where in sight. After sitting for over 2 hours I was told my car was next in line after a car that arrived after me, that I would be up next. I was told that my appointment would be 1 hour not a part time shift. I wasn’t able to wait any longer because I had other obligations I had to keep. If the communication between them was better I could have made arrangements for my next obligation or something. Instead I waited and didn’t get even get an oil change the whole time I was there. They made to put a sticker on my car like they gave my car an oil change and did not. So my now concern is that their lying about giving my car an oil change when the girl who is an advisor told me literally nothing was done to my car. If my car was serviced why was I told it was not and I see no notes on the app regarding an oil change, but yet they stuck a sticker on my car as if one was given. I don’t like feeling like I’m being lied to or just handled anyway because it’s free, I’ll pay before I take lies and being mishandled. All this time wasted after already having to wait two weeks for the appointment, at this point their horrible communication and customer service is just seeming redundant.

First off my car was brand new with only 7 miles before my transmission started going out.
