Hard to get anyone in the service department

I was the 1st vehicle in when garage door opened that morning. Shortest wait time Ive experienced there!! Everyone very friendly

Customer service good, price higher than expected for a 13yr old car

Service department is absolutely terrible, I made an appointment for 7am for an oil change. Was there for 2 and a half hours and was told that appointments do not matter. After an hour and a half when I asked about the progress of my truck they told me my claim was not even in the computer despite the online appointment I made and the set up I went through when I got there at 7am.

They are always timely and professional.

This is where I go to get my car serviced and theyve always taken care of me.
