Visited for an oil change and brake eval. Prices were comparable to similar businesses. Covid compliant. Pleasantly clean waiting room. Very courteous (Charles) and informative. Was given exact time/wait it would take to begin work on my car. Was kept updated on finding. I will be returning for my brake repair job. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

I experienced excellent customer service here. They were very swift in addressing my problem in a very professional manner. Id recommend them to anyone needing tires balanced, rotated and/or replaced. Two thumbs up.

Tommy Walker and his team are simply the best in the business. I rely on them for both our fleet and my personal vehicles. They are always one call away, and the most helpful each and every time. Having consistent vendors that you can rely on is difficult in this city, but this crew is one that has been wonderful, time after time. Highly recommend.

BEWARE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I took our family car in to get new tires and find out why I had a coolant problem. After 2 weeks and spending almost $2000 I got the car back in WORSE condition. Engine is knocking and brakes are scraping after bringing it there!! They are TERRIBLE!

The female and younger gentleman inside were nice to myself. However, the person who took my car for a test drive, after an alignment.... decided he wanted to burn up a $3000 clutch kit, grind first gear, and the decided to hot rod my car down the road. He grabbed tires in 1st,2nd, and 3rd gear while you could tell he was red lining the car then holding the clutch and dumping the clutch between gears (tached out btw). So, I shouldve known better to go there by the price. Speedy is the exact opposite of what this place is, false advertising is what it is. If your employees cannot drive a manual transmission, keep them ot if the vehicle. Also, not sure what was on his clothes or skin but it was acidic.... Last, but not least there is now a tear hole in my seat.... this is a show car, it is kept in immaculate condition. I shouldnt get my vehicle returned to me damaged in more ways than ive probably noticed so far, if they even did an alignment. Ill find that out tomorrow. You will be hearing from my lawyer by the end if the week. Negligence from your employees is not only unacceptable but abusing it is against the law, aswell as destruction of private property.

They look at my car found the problem fixed it and then I came back still wasnt right and look at where one of the machines over looked a problem and they fixed it for free. Thats why they look after their customers.

Never get your vehicle fixed at Speedy Tire& Service . Please go elsewhere because if you have a problem, they dont honor their work. Tommy manager will call and try to say he apologizes but apology doesnt fix your issue.

If you need any service to your car you should take it.To This shop they were very nice and courteous and on top of it all.I didnt have a appointment and i was out very fast.

Withheld their recommendations with parts & labor pricing quotes, after realized I was calling elsewhere for quote & likely not having them do any of the work. Didnt even give me the final part/labor quote. Printed invoice for oil change anew, with no recommendations of the work they said I needed (& the quotes he verbally gave me & had written on the worksheet).Got feeling the sentiment was if youre not having us do the work then were not supplying you with a list of what needs to be done & a quote. Sensed distain that I wasnt having them do the work and calling for other quote.Contacted Goodyear corporate. They said this wasnt a corporate run store, but a distributor store and that all of their corporate stores supply the recommendations and quotes, in computer printout form. Further agreed this wasnt proper industry business practice and opened file to record the complaint on this distributor.
