The service at Lexus of Birmingham is always phenomenal. From the time I check in with my vehicle until the time my service is complete, I am always treated with respect and professionalism. Charlotte Haynes is always such a pleasure to work with. She tells the customer everything that is going on with their vehicle and leaves no question unanswered. I always receive quality service on my car. When I leave Lexus of Birmingham, my car always feels like the first day I drove it off the lot. I receive quality maintenance and services on my car and have never had to return it because something done incorrectly. I definitely recommend Lexus of Birmingham.

Christina is most professional and competent, with a customer service attitude not often seen in people who deal with the public.Dropped my car off for 50K mile periodic Inspection.The $239 price tag to change oil and rotate tires has me considering how often I bring the car here. I can change the oil and rotate tires myself for far less money.

Quality service as long as your service writer is there, no one else seems to know what’s going on except your service writer. Was supposed to get a complimentary car wash that didn’t happen but probably because my service writer was off work. Quality of actual work was very good.

Great experience. Very helpful and professional. Dennis, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. I had financing pre arranged but they were surprisingly able to find a better rate for me. I was reluctant because I have been clubbed like a baby seal in other dealerships but not here!

The sales and the service department is the best I have encountered. I prefer to drive 2 hours each way for service even though I have a dealership right in town. Dustin is my service advisor and he is very professional and considerate and has worked with me every time.

They are very easy to work with...I needed a loaner because the part had to be ordered and I live out of town so they let me keep the loaner for 2 days and the repairs were ready very quickly after they got the part. Thanks for your help Lexus

This was the best experience I have had in all my years of buying vehicles. The process was done mostly on line and over the phone. And once I got into the dealership I had to sign a few documents, I got my keys and was out the door! The wonderful guy who assisted me is named Sidney he went to bat for me and answered my every call. He truly went above and beyond!

First time in your service department and it was very impersonal. I waited 10 minutes+ after I walked in before anyone even acknowledged me. When my vehicle was ready the seat had what looked like black grease and marker on my seat. They were able to remove it after I pointed it out to them. I really expected a better overall experience.

My wifes car needed the windshield replaced. I called the service center to schedule replacement. I was told that I needed to call the parts department to make sure they had a replacement windshield and purchase it. It seems that if you are a luxury car dealership that your staff could take care of that and apply the cost to our bill. Secondly, when we arrived to drop the car off for service the process took exceedingly long (nearly 30 min). We were also told that the repair would only take that day and a loaner wasnt required. At 3:00 that afternoon ( the time given for pick-up) we were told that there were recall repairs to complete and the car wouldnt be ready until Monday, a full three days later. Another trip was required to pick up a loaner.

This is worth taking time to reading:They claim that you get complimentary car wash and vacuum interior. I have own my Certified NX200T for over 2 years now. Have taken it in every 5000 miles for service and I have put 60,000 miles on my car. They have never vacuumed my NX200T. I just figured that the Tom Williams Lexus must be different than the Tom Williams BMW because the Tom Williams BMW always washed and vacuumed my husband BMW out. I just happened to be sitting in the office and notice a sign stating during inclimate weather would they not be able to vacuum and wash your vehicle. So after paying for my $800 service that would have been $900 had I not had a $100 coupon I go get in my car on a beautiful sunny day and still hadnt vacuum my car. They had my car for 3 days. Part of the service was tire rotation and tire pressures, later that afternoon I am going to work and I look at my tire gage and they didnt rotate my tire or check the tire pressures because I knew they were low on the 2 rear tires and they were still the same. The front 2 were a little low and they were the same. I called spoke to my service rep Alex who was very apologetic and had the service manager call me. He could only talk about how it was a one time oversight and that they have thousands if satisfied customers that they never seen this happen before. Maybe to him it has never happened before but they just havent got caught before. Dont spout off your track record but that we need to check on our workers to make sure it really is all getting done. Thank the customer for bringing this to your attention because maybe thinking everyone is doing their job will come back to bite you. So just a FYI check to really make sure they are doing everything you are suppose to be getting with you Certified PO Lexus. I myself love my car but I do not trust the service department. They told me I would need tires at my next service (5000 miles) from now and my husband retired from Goodyear and said I have at least 10,000 to 15000 before I need tires.

I asked THREE times for a scratch on the hatch be looked at while they had my car. Even reminded the service tech when he called and said my car was ready. I had purchased the clear coat protection. Car was returned; NOT EVEN looked at it. The car wash was broke, so when I looked at the scratch, it was evident it had not been touched. Still dirty as the rest of the car. VERY disappointed.

Alex Frawley always does a fantastic job in handling my Lexus SUV 350 services. I am the proud owner of two of the same series (2010 and 2017). This includes explaining my present needs, possible additions with exact and/or estimated costs, if necessary and esti mated time involved. Alex also displays a pleasant and caring attititude toward the personal care of my cars as well as my being a more than satified customer. My only complaint is customary to my many visits and the only place that services my two Lexus cars. The auto detail department does an apathetic job. They just dont seem to care about the quality of their work. I dont expect a detail experience, but at least an acceptable one. This in NO Way directly involves the Service Department as far as mechanical or Alex. This is why I rated this service (5) Excellent. Thank you.

My service rep Seemed annoyed that I had to juggle my schedule and reschedule. Car was washed but not vacuumed. $200 charge estimate to put plastic part of my mirror back on (that I knocked off) seems excessive. I have requested that my future service visits be with Charlotte, who has been my service rep through 4 cars. Not sure why I got moved to the new guy .

Very dishonest. Led me to believe their was a line for warranty claims for the RX350 dashboard.. When there wasnt. They did this intentionally to avoid doing the claim. Go to Franklins Automotive instead because they are honest.
