VERY NICE PLACE VERY CLEAN AND VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE .THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING WHICH WAS HUBCAPS.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to this Certifit due to my local one not having my parts in stock. I called on a Wednesday to see if the Alabama location had the parts I needed...they had one but not the other. Nick told me to call back on Friday he should have it. I did just that. He placed both items I needed on hold for a few days. When I got there, Nick was very professional and helped me load the parts into my car. Ill be requesting Nick anytime I need to go there!!

We order a lot of parts from Certifit for our body shop. Chip gives the customer a lot of attitude when they mess up an order that makes us want to find parts elsewhere, sacrificing the very good delivery times from Certifit. Not even an apology after realizing their mistake. Delivery drivers, on the other hand, are VERY cool people. I love every single one of them. I feel bad when they have to load heavy parts back and forth from their vans because the order was wrong. Parts are good quality. Take this review as you will. If you need quality parts quick but don’t mind possibly having your order wrong and then getting attitude thrown at you, Certifit Birmingham is the one to call.

Poor customer service. I had the displeasure of accompanying a friend to purchase a car part from this place. Chip was rude and disrespectful from beginning to end. Personally, after this interaction, I wouldn’t have given this place any of my money, however my friend was in a tough spot and still purchased the part. Against my advice, my friend called the business the next day to ask for another car part and was told by Chip, WITHOUT HIM EVEN LOOKING to see if they had the part that they didn’t have the part he was asking for. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had the parts I need at a great price

Brent, chip, and the delivery lady are by far the most friendly people. They have so much patience and will try there very best to get the parts You are looking for.

The 1st time we ordered, we set in huntsville at a gas station for 2 hours called them they had a power outage and wasnt coming. no courtesy call nothing. the next meeting took place at a store in cullman and it was great. no complaints. the 3rd order when we called we gave one of them a phone number to call, it was different than the one their system i guess but the driver never got that number so when he got to huntsville he called the wrong number and once again we sat for 3 hrs to find out he had already ran . when I called the one that answered wasnt gonna let me talk he just kept talking over me. so my last day wasted on this place. then we were told they would have the driver call us and if he was in town we could maybe still meet up with him. NEVER called.done. very uncourteous.😡
