Sorry to report: overpriced, mediocre selection, and rude employees. Easy to navigate even in pandemic times because there were almost no customers. I saw 5-6 employees and 4 customers. Man and woman pair of employees (could be owners?) were openly fussing in main room. Man was griping at woman about bags. Another woman employee (dark hair) seemed annoyed at having to open a case to let us look at an item. (I would have happily bought it in a second if she had been polite and welcoming.) Two creepy employees stalked by staring at us at least 10 times in 20 minutes, as if we might be criminals. And as if they might be so thrilled to see us stashing... a chair? into... our pockets? (What in the world would you steal from here?!) Get some video cameras or use security tags. Or do something so you dont seem like a sketchy stalker brushing by/against people repeatedly. (Maybe the workers were just bored. Remember: Almost No Customers.) Huge building, at least 2 floors and many rooms. Good location! Astonishingly well-dusted. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Lots of brass duck head bookends. Good stash of vinyl albums and old books. A few very pretty chairs and beds. No I dont recommend. And no I dont plan to go back. There are plenty of buildings full of this kind of stuff where visitors are treated with courtesy and respect. But hey, maybe someone else will have a better experience. Especially if they have the *right look* (whatever that may be). I feel sorry for anyone renting space there if they are counting on those employees (or owners? managers?) to make sales.✌

Nice stuff, crazy high and be careful on decanters, almost all have toppers that aren’t original to the decanter. Tag should state that in my opinion

Clean and organized. Not too different from your typical antique mall in the South. A lot of farmhouse / shabby chic / primitive decor.

Nice people! I found something there it didnt have a price, so they called the person. Then they called me & told me the price. I bought it & theyre holding for me.

It was decent. Everything was very high priced and it had more of a museum feel. Not my cup of tea but it was a pleasure looking at all the items! Got to see a postmasters clerk desk made in 1890!! 🙂 thank you for sharing the history!

Huge selection in a large well arranged a store. Staff is helpful & pleasant. I havent been lately but would like to find time for a visit soon. Fun to just look around.

I thought it would be stuffy but it was fun. I enjoyed it and found some stuff I was.looking for.

Bought something for my grandma an antique wooden chair but with soft foam makes her feel comfortable to sit. She loved it and will definitely come back here to buy different old cool stuff for her because that what she likes. Perfect service people were awesome here.

I hadn’t been in the store and many many years, not that I’m old or anything 😑. Love the store, when I walked in I said I’ll take one of everything and I really wish I could’ve. Everyone was so nice. It’s another one of the antique malls that you don’t really know how big it is until you’re inside. We hadn’t finished the first floor and bumped into some stairs. My oldest son went upstairs first, he came down and said “can I just tell you what’s upstairs”... no 😂🤣. We purchased some nice things and got a little exercise.

Wonderful antique store! We always make a point of stopping by when visiting from out of state. This place is massive, so allow plenty of time to check out every nook and cranny. We have found so many beautiful items here and the prices are very reasonable. In all our visits to Hannahs, weve never left empty handed!

The business is large but I was not impressed with the selection. Very overpriced and nothing that really stood out to me. My husband and I spent around 20-30 minutes browsing and were constantly followed and watched by one of the employees. This is our first time to Birmingham and during our stay we visited other smaller antique stores with better selections and a much more welcoming atmosphere. Would not recommend Hanna Antiques.

Always great rummaging around looking for a treasure. Found one thing I really wanted to take home but it was just out of budget for today.

Found what I needed quickly at a price I was willing to pay.Majority of the staff was very friendly, courteous, pleasant and professional.However I do seem to have a nack for choosing the wrong sales person.She was a little bit rude, cold and uppity acting.

This store has a very nice selection of vintage jewelry and the prices are very reasonable in most booths.

They have tons of stuff that youd like if youre into antiques.
