This was the 1st time I had visited your business, I was pleasantly surprised. John was our salesman, he was very pleasant and attentive to our needs.. We were looking to purchase a mattress and headboard and found a nice selection. John was working with another couple but made sure to stop by and let us know he would be right with us. He never rushed us, even as it was getting close to closing. We did end up purchasing both a mattress and headboard, a big thank you to John for a overall great buying experience! Cant wait for them to be delivered!

I bought my couch from here in March and had a good experience! It was super easy and my couch came in even earlier than originally thought. When I needed them to come and do the Scotch Guarding they came on time and without any issues! I love my couch so much. The delivery guys were very nice and made sure to ask if they had to take their shoes off. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Matt and the whole team at Home Plus were absolutely amazing. I knew what I needed to take home that day to help get my grandma comfortable and stay safe at home. I will definitely be back for my own home and look forward to the day that I can walk back into their beautiful showroom and make my next purchase. I will never go anywhere again!

Update: Today I spoke with a manager who apologized for the lack of communication and offered to make it up to us. I definitely appreciate the company reaching out to correct mistakes. That showed me they do really care about their customers.We recently bought a love seat and two chairs for our house. The salesman was very accommodating. The furniture is beautiful, we love it. The poor rating is due to the customer service. I honestly felt like the salesman said whatever he needed to to get the sale. He was great to us when we were in the showroom. Once we left and the sale was complete we could not get a hold of him again. He never answered our calls, never called us back. The delivery was delayed, which is fine, but no one would call us to let us know what was going on. He also promised us several pillows but we only got one. Again, we are very happy with the furniture but the process was frustrating.

Came in today looking for living room furniture not completely sure what we wanted. We had a few things in mind. Matt Donaldson the tall guy with the bow tie was the best! Extremely helpful and generous towards us as customers. Would definitely shop with him and homeplus again 100%.

Great experience from purchase through delivery!One of the things I like about shopping at homePLUS is that, unlike some other stores in the area, the sales associates dont pounce on you the second you walk in the door. In my experience, I was able to walk around and browse a bit before Sales Associate Matt Donaldson came over to talk to me.Matt was very helpful and polite. He wasnt pushy, and he wasnt trying to sell me anything. It was more like he was there to help me find what I was looking for.The delivery team was great as well. Both of them wore masks, and they even took off their shoes before walking up my carpeted stairs. They were very nice and respectful.

We were there on a Sunday. There seemed to be staffing issues as there was only one sales associate (Matt). But, Matt made sure he addressed all our questions and gave us as much of his time as we needed even though he was spread pretty thin. We ended up buying a bed and a sectional.

We bought a king size mattress set last weekend and it was a great experience! Matthew was awesome to work with...he was attentive, but gave us some space to try out all of the mattresses. He was very patient (we took forever) and really seemed to want us to make sure we would be happy with our choice. My entire experience at Home Plus was great! I went in looking for a sleeper sofa and my salesman John Pape showed me some great options of more modern sleeper sofas that are way cooler than what I was thinking! Thank Goodness you only have to shop for a new matress every 10 years or so...and thank Goodness for Home PLUS Furnitre & Mattresses! From te moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by the staff. In particular, Matt Donaldson, our salesman, was very helpful and professional. After seeing adds on TV and a friend to check this place out I did. Very Happy with all the people involved with my buying experience. When picking out my Mattress I also chose for comfort exchange program. Glad I did! as I was not happy with my mattress and was able to pick out a different one and it was exchanged with no problem. My partner and I went to homeplus just to get an idea of living accessories they have. Jason was very busy that day.. which was a Fri. He had suggested a couple ideas. Our daughter has special needs so that day we didnt bring her. We took pictures of a bed frame and mattress for her.. The next week we did bring our daughter just to make sure that she was comfortable of the items that she was getting, to our amazement she really liked it.. Prior to our furniture being delivered Chris coordinator had called the day before. My partner and I had a couple of questions... we played phone tag a little bit, but he responded in a timely matter. The next day, Juan or Steven had called to let us know that they were on their way. Our bracket was between 9-12. They came unpacked the boxes that had the items in which were, adjustable bed, queen mattress, and a dining table set with 6 chairs. Their time spent doing this was less than 2 hrs. We ordered a Lane sectional on 3/4/21. They quoted 12-15 weeks due to covid with shutdowns in Texas. No problem! The issue is, we paid in full and up front. We are currently on week 23 with no answers and NO COMMUNICATION from the retailer, Home Plus. Our salesman is no longer there. Ben (other salesman there) keeps saying two more weeks even though he doesnt actually know. I reached out to the manufacturer myself and they were actually very good with communicating. They said September at the earliest. Awesome! Now dont tell the customer two more weeks when you really dont have a clue.Ordered a Lane sectional with salesman John Pape. Overall super easy and laid back. Due to pandemic, est. eta 12-15 weeks out. Will update this review once we actually receive the product.

We went to Home Plus to purchase a new bed. Our salesman, John Pape, was very helpful. He treated us well and helped us find what we wanted. If you cant find it, it can be ordered.Well, have to update my review. The sales people were great but follow up was terrible. I was told my order would be in in about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told my bed was damaged in shipping. Ok. Things happen. But no one contacted me or followed up. I had to call to get another one ordered. 2 weeks later called again. Had to reorder again. If I didnt call I would still be waiting.

I was critical of what was available and he was willing to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. After I continued to look around the spacious store he came to me with a couch he had on their website that had everything I wanted. It was also within a price range that had me intrigued but not ready to buy. Matt was then able to negotiate with me and got me (in my opinion) the best deal I have seen through many trips to many stores and online shopping. So, I am happy to say I purchased today and will be waiting to receive the lovely furniture that Matt helped me with.

My wife and I were in desperate need of a new mattress and we’re NOT feeling the work that would come with that. Going from store to store. Sitting on mattress after mattress, trying to find what we needed. Fortunately for us our first stop was our last stop. We walked in to Home Plus and it was busy, it was a Saturday afternoon after all. We were greeted by Mike who took a moment from the customers he already just introduced himself and welcome us. Mike assured us someone would be with us soon. Which honestly worked because we hadn’t found what we were looking for and it wasn’t looking good. Moments after we found THE mattress we were greeted by Jason, he shook out hands and offered us a water. He to me is probably the best part of the whole experience. When bringing the water to us Jason cracked the top of my wife’s water like a gentleman. Jadon didn’t apply and pressure, accommodated our needs and we walked out having happily purchased a new mattress. Jason and the team all have amazing personalities. They make you comfortable, and more importantly they tell you the truth. They don’t push you in the direction that makes them the most money. Instead they move with you in the direction that works best for you. This was an amazing experience with amazing people. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go to Home Plus! Tell them Tyrone sent you 😉

Home plus is a really great place to shop for furniture! they were very professional and helpful, for what you are looking for. the selection is great too. I bought a beautiful sofa !! its worth the visit !!
