Excellent store. I’m from out of town and they spent the time to transfer my daughters data which took forever. So patient. Corporate store didn’t help her at all. Just made it more confusing. Thanks for all your help.

Great help from Michael R. picking out a phone as well as accessories. Explanations were clear and helpful. Michael also helped explain issues I may encounter and how to resolve them(or how they may resolve themselves). I definitely prefer this store over the other Verizon stores in the area.

I love Verizon store but there are some people that are simple like there as a matter of factly and they talk to you like like down to you I dont like that but Ive never had a problem there before so take that one from team

The worse place to try to get any help. I live five minutes away and I will go to vestal. I want to by a new they wont bring one out to show.( They cant opening the box) so I went to vestal and I bought the phone there. I bought a new tablet and wouldnt help get all my apps in it. The today whouldnt help in any way bad bad bad.

Monique was accommodating, friendly and explained everything really well. I changed my number today and ended up needing to visit a Verizon store for a new SIM card. She made my experience much better by taking care of everything with my phone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst customer service. If you cant fix a problem fine but there are ways to talk with people without being and making condescending comments. Will never use this store again. Franchise owner/management should be rethinking who they have representing their business - April 4, 2020.Update-July 20, 2020Finally, 3.5 months after my complaint a response with the line in it if you still need assistance ... I dont know whats more insulting. How your employees conducted themselves on April 4th or thinking Ive been cooling my jets without a resolution, just waiting for this response from you so that I can have a working cell phone again. Heres my unsolicited advice to you. Go spend some time at the Vestal store and their exemplary staff. They are helpful, professional and respectful to their clients. They work with their clients to find options/solutions - it wasnt the fix I hoped for but they were empathetic and presented the best option given my situation. They get all our familys business now and we recommend them often. Go to the Vestal store everyone - they dont disappoint!!

Michael R was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt give me a bunch of technobabble and fast talk to leave me an overwhelmed tech-challenged senior citizen. He explained the possible problems with my wireless phone unit, ordered a replacement, and gave me customer assist number if i needed to update the wireless extender unit. He made my visit pleasant with his calm demeanor and helpfulness.

I was very pleased with the service we received. Lester was friendly and professional and was able to help me get my new phone activated so I can now receive phone calls and text messages. He was very knowledgeable and found out what the problem was in a very short time.

They sold me a brand new iPhone SE that was defective so I went to return it two days later and they wouldn’t take it back. All I wanted was for the phone to be replaced with a new one and they couldn’t offer me that I brought the original packaging and contents too. Highly recommend not visiting this store very poor customer service :(

This was a great experience from the time I walked into the store. I was treated with respect and never talked down to especially since I had a lot of questions getting my new phone. They also proposed so many options and helped me decide which plan and phone would work for me. I worked with Jarell and he could not have been better. He spent so much time with me and helped me get to know how to use my new phone. He was the best and everyone there was great. Highly recommend them and Verizon.

The people were really nice and helpful. They got me the upgrade that I wanted but I was charged for something I originally did not want. I came back in and they refunded it for me with no problem.

Once again I received outstanding service from Collin. He is polite and really cares about his customers needs and wants.

So I purchased 2 new Samsung A50 phones on 11-18-2019. On the day of purchase, the employee installed a new glass screen protector on my phone, which cost me 45.00. Apparantly the employee installed the screen saver incorrectly, as it was bubbling and not staying down. I attempted to have the product returned or repaired at the store and the employee said because it was a day past the 14 day return policy, that they wouldnt stand by the product. I will never shop from this store and would encourage others to do the same.

We were having difficulty with both phones; mine I use for business continually, and Shauns helped us look at all alternatives for upgrades and then speedily transferred our data to the new phones and even helped us educate us on changes to the car and home to get better service. Great customer service!

Honestly the only business I will do with Verizon is most likely hes going to be Norwich store the Binghamton store I want do any business with them because they dont know how to treat customers the right way with respect

I came in because my phone was broken and Collin took great care of me. I got all of my accessories at an amazing deal (saved almost $50!!), plus my new phone is set up exactly how I need. Collin made sure that I was his number one priority, and even with system hiccups the transaction was seamless. I will be coming to this store for all of my Verizon needs now.

Today I paid a visit to the TCC store at 1247 Front St. Binghamton because I was having a problem with my phone and I was greeted by Collin who helped me to get the new S10E instead of dealing with the issues with my S8. Collin was so polite and helped me with my concerns as far as keeping the cost down and explained everything to me about what would be on my next bill. He was very professional and made the change to my new phone a breeze. A few hours later I needed some help pairing my phone to my car and went back and Collin helped me with that also. I really enjoyed the service I received and even got a hug. He is an outstanding associate at TCC Binghamton. I know if I have any issues with my new phone I will go back and see him. He needs to be recognized for the excellent associate that he is. Thank you Collin!

Poor customer service. While speaking on the phone to an associate they had loud music in the background as they also had me on speaker phone. I mentioned the loud music and associate says I am hanging out I asked 3 times for the product I needed and they insisted they had the product in stock. Upon arrival arpox 1 hour later they did not have the product I had called about and was promised. Also upon arrival the sales associate spoke to customers with a lollipop in his mouth and was hard to understand. Very unprofessional.
