I went in with my mother for matching 3d butterfly tattoos, she did a great job on the butterfly but forgot to add the white and messed up on the shadow completely so we waiting for it to heal then went back to have the shadow fixed and she was very snippy with us and refused to add the white she was supposed to add originally. She fixed the shadow but proceeded to say if we want the white which was a huge part of the tattoo that we would have to pay an extra 60 dollars cuz it was an add on to the tattoo, bit it was not an add on it was a part of the picture, we talked about the white and agreed on it the first time we came and she forgot, but anyway Tracy is very petty when asked to fix HER MISTAKES then trys to charge extra for HER MISTAKESThe white that she was supposed to add was a big part of making it look real

Just had my tattoo finished by Tracey. She did an awesome job, I couldnt be more pleased. It turned out so much better than I could ever have imagined. So looking forward to my next visit

I LOVE working with Tracy! She is one of the most talented artists and professional people I have the pleasure of knowing. Ive had 3 pieces done with her, and there will be so many more to come! From my experience with Colortech Tattoo is that they do excellent work. I have been getting my ink work done for a few years and I love how everyone of my tattoos turned out.

As far as I’ve heard and known it is it one of the cleaner and better places to get a tattoo in the area of Binghamton New York. I would check it out there’s never been any major complaints from there and I hear they do a great job. If I get my tattoos re-done I will check this place out.

My dad has gotten a few of his tattoos here, they have always done a fantastic job and are able to capture his mental image of the tattoo perfectly.

Terrible customer service. Guy who did my buddies tat sat there and gave us all attitude when asked a question or just ignored the question on general. Cleanleness is at a minimum. The work is fine but the atmosphere is terrible.

The staff was not friendly at all. Went in for an industrial piercing and they told me to keep it clean with rubbing alcohol! A friend of mine got an industrial done the same day and we both got nasty infections and had to take them out. About a month before that another friend of mine got a surface piercing and same thing, disgusting infection. I have multiple tattoos and piercings, I know how to take care of them. Go anywhere else except here.
