Finally ready to drop some $$ and I get there at 12:10 on a Saturday to find a note on the door that they close at noon, despite the website saying they are open. Their loss. I wont be coming back. Taking my $ elsewhere. Oh, and I wasnt the only customer they turned away. The two others werent happy either. It takes a long time to get a new customer, but only seconds to loose one....or in this case several. Sad
I called Frank Webb Home ( Binghamton, NY) in search of a shower pan. During COVID times, I needed a specific shower pan in a week or less. Anyone that has been doing any remodeling knows that everything is a months wait or longer. Frank Webb had been recommended from National Flooring. So on a whim, I called and spoke to Brenda. She hopped on my request and called me back with in a couple hours. SHE FOUND what I wanted. Best part, I could have it in a week. Shes even having it delivered to my house for FREE! Best customer service you could ask for. Thanks for knocking this request out of the park!
Our experience was great! We replaced all bathroom & kitchen fixtures. Our salesperson was Kelli Truman and she worked with us through several problems, especially the tub faucet & trim as there was no access except from the tub side. She figured out that we could still use the existing valve body, rebuild it, and install the new faucet and trim. She led us to the right plumber who was excellent, skilled, friendly, and professional at all levels. Kelli was very patient with us and seen this through to the end resulting in a perfect job. Well done Kelli 👍
Dear Friends, My experience with this company was frustraiting as I was looking for SS pipe to exhaust an on demand water heater. Had me and at the end a sales person looking to no results. So I called a plumber to help and he goes right over and brings back the pipe they said they did not have. You can only imagine how I felt about that. Politely consider talking your business somewhere else.
I guess the first mistake we made was to show up to your showroom 20 minutes before closing (how dare we. But you know, we work for a living and your business closes at 5PM!). The second mistake we made was to bring our kids to your precious showroom (again, how dare we. But you know, our kids are 5 and 2 and leaving them home alone is frowned upon).Just to clarify, our kids did NOT ill behave in your store. They did not run, they did not scream, they did not act up or destroy anything. But the moment they dared to sit (!) on one of your showroom toilets, they were reprimanded (!) by the lady sitting at the desk in the back. Gave her the benefit of the doubt she may have merely been concerned over their safety. A few minutes later, however, she did it again because my daughter dared to touch (!) the rocks in the showroom sink. Really, lady? It’s a showroom, not a museum. None of your stuff was at risk at any point. Trust me, I’m the parent and I will watch and correct my kids if I deem it necessary. This, however, was absolutely disrespectful behavior on your part.Lost our business and do NOT recommend Frank Webb in Binghamton, NY to anyone, especially if you have kids.
Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. We shopped here about 5 years ago. Rachelle remembered us, remembered what we bought and was happy to assist in new project. I gave her the text from our contractor and she knew exactly what we needed. She showed me items on sale, more options from the catalog and helped us coordinate all of the fixtures. Then she went and pulled the stock from the warehouse and we were on our way. She did explain that they lock the doors at 5pm but would spend as much time as needed with us. We were there til almost 6.
Knowledgeable staff great selection
