What looked to be the Store manager was rude when asking for help to find a item and assumes paying customers are stealing. I felt very uncomfortable in the store.
If youre looking for hair color, especially anything outside the normal dont bother stopping here. Not only do they not have any stock, the shelves are so disorganized and stuffed full with wrong colors! Its obnoxious! When you ask staff its always the same, were ordering them but they dont come in. Ive been hearing this for months now and how can you know what to order when youre shelves are stuffed full of incorrect product? No wonder nothing is ever in stock. Definitely will not be returning after this last trip.
Helpful staff, two licensed hair stylist on staff. Alot of new staff learning about product, nice to see friendly new faces.

Stopped in and had a question about the product. Woman would not listen to my question and was incredibly overbearing. Not helpful in the least. I am a huge fan of Sally Beauty but I won’t be going to that store again. Talk about scaring customers away. Yikes.
Talked to an elderly woman who looked to be a manager yet never gave me her name (poor greeting) THEN I asked for Arctic fox hair dye for really strong Nickelodeon orange. She tells me PORANGE was best and its really peach like colored so I googled different orange hair dyes and guess what? SUNSET ORNAGE ARTIC FOX CAME UP matching what I was asking about. Why have people work there if theyre uneducated? Its blind leading the blind.
I feel that the few times Ive stopped in here the staff knew nothing about their products. You have to go into this store knowing what youre looking for/what you want or youre out of luck. Youre better off going to the Vestal store
This was my first time dying my hair with professional products so I knew very little. Staff helped answer all the questions I needed, without being pushy about upselling. I lifted my hair quite a few shades, from a darkish Auburn to a beautiful cool bright blonde. They are fantastic
