We received a trusted recommendation for UpFront that told us they wouldnt always be the lowest price, but theyd never try to sell you a repair you didnt need, which is where wed been losing most of our money to other mechanics. We tried them out and found that to be absolutely true. Weve been with this mechanic for 3 years now, and theyve always treated us with respect and compassion, sometimes suggesting a cheaper, temporary alternative to get us through when money was tight, or giving us a fair estimate of how mong we could go before it became a real issue. Steve and his guys are good people, and they treat everyone who comes in as if they were a close relative or a friendly neighbor. Really grateful to find an honest mechanic.

Great experience with these folks.Was passing through on an all-day trip and my check engine light came on. Got me right in, ran a diag, and found out the place I had got an oil change recently never reset the light. They used to be a great shop. I was a customer for +9 years there and they always did a good job and for a reasonable price. Recently I was getting my wifes car inspected there and they said it failed because of the check engine light was on (wasnt on when it came in). Well they also stole the inspection sticker claiming it was overdue. I proved the inspection wasnt due for another month with paperwork from the dealers last inspection.I had my clutch done there and a few months ago. I was under the car looking at the O2 sensor when I noticed the bolts holding the sub-frame to the body were loose enough to unscrew by hand! The sticker was a misunderstanding but this could have caused an accident.

Garbage service and even worse customer service!!! customer loyalty goes a long way, thanks for pushing me off for another day!
