I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza, Brent told me if there are any problems with the car dont hesitate to call him. There were a few issues I wanted looked at after driving it a week or so. My wife and I had a very nice experience with Brent in the purchase of a vehicle from East Coast Motors. After the purchase and in the course of a few days we noticed a few minor issues that we didn’t detect while test driving the vehicle. I contacted Brent advising him of the issues and he promptly proceeded to schedule the repairs. The issues have been resolved with complete satisfaction and in a timely matter. The staff of East Coast Motors were very pleasant and professional. The Subaru I purchased had a slight burning oil smell and they were quick to get it taken care of. It was a very minor issue, but they were kind and helpful. The cars they sell are as good as they say they are! I was very nervous going through an online service but it was a highly positive experience.

Wasnt sure at first, I didnt have anyone I trusted who bought from them. The staff went above and beyond. I thought I was going to be an easy sale, but I ended up being pretty high maintenance. The truck I was interested had some mechanical issues/sounds that made me look elsewhere, but they fixed the issue and I came back. After the purchase was finalized I brought it back in to check out a sound and it was nothing. After many months everything is great and I highly recommend them. They cant predict every mechanical failure but their honesty and quality of vehicles is way above average.

Chris and Brent were both great to work with. Chris stayed late to talk to me about the vehicles he had and the one I traded in. They gave me a great trade in offer and I got a vehicle that I absolutely love. By far the best car sales experience Ive ever had.

East Coast Motors got me approved for a loan in less then an hour and had me in a truck that I wanted quickly. After I picked up the truck I had a few issues, I called them up and they ordered the parts right away and made an appointment for it to be fixed. Best group of people to work while looking for a vehicle. I definitely will be going back for other vehicles.They are amazing to work with.

I worked with Brent and he was wonderful! He was very responsive via email with my initial questions on the car, in person when I drove it and then very accessible via phone/text after. He had the perfect balance of follow-up without being pushy. I was also very impressed they cleaned the car again for me in the week between the test drive and when I purchased.They went out of their way to help me when I forgot to bring information needed the day I bought the car. I couldnt have asked for anything more with the quality of the car, the price or the service. If they have a car you are interested in, you cant go wrong.

I wouldnt hesitate to check out a vehicle on their lot, they made me feel very comfortable. FYI, I didnt purchase the vehicle I looked at (although I still may).

Sales experience was great. bought I truck from them for 22k,about 2 weeks after driving, it had a noise in the rear. I spoke with Chris and he sent my truck to his mechanic, it was there 3 days and they couldnt find anything wrong and the noise is still there and getting worse. If this happens with a 22k dollar truck you purchase what will happen to the lower end cars he sells. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I had a very easy experience trading in my dodge Ram for a very sharp looking fuel efficient Nissan Altima. I casually stop in to have my truck appraised, saw the Altima, took it for a drive, loved it agreed to a trade, went home with my new car in two days.great people to work with. Would buy there again
