One of my favorite stores. The BEST UPS store by far. Also the BEST prices! I knew service was great and so I always come here…. But then I went to another UPS, and then another, and oh my. This one truly is the best! Go to them for all your needs. You won’t be sorry. :)

Nice clean store, well staffed and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to make a variety of copies and get some mailing supplies and they had everything I needed. I wouldnt hesitate to go back to this store.

Go here for ALL of your printing needs! I wish I would’ve known about them being able to print basic documents sooner, however I’m glad that I found them when I did. The owner is so friendly and their customer service is unforgettable! Look no further, come here…

I ordered some prints and they were done correctly and on time. the staff are professional and knowledgeable. The food wasnt that good though, but the customer service makes up for it.

Great staff! Always helpful and friendly. One staff member Joe, went outside to the parking lot to help an elderly customer who was alone and had difficulty ambulating. He assisted her into the store.

Great service and friendly staff.. I should know since I invented the fist bump in 1984 at the LaGuardia airport. The prices are fair, this is the only place to have something shipped if you want it done right.

Please believe the HYPE!!! Mr. Jay is AMAZING!!! My hubby and I had a ball with him. We had to scan and email over 300 pages some front and back of our kiddos school work and he helped us with a smile.The music in the store was amazing we even sing together lol. Everybody who came in had a smile on their face and he seemed to know all of them :) We will definitely be back...Oh his prices are the best in town without buying your own printer/scanner/copier

Customer service here is outstanding. Jay takes great care of his customers. Works with the customer to find the best rates for the delivery. Packs everything with care. Has a copy service that is very competitive with printing copies. Has all the tools for the job. Hal and the others staff members are friendly and courteous. Dont go anywhere else for your shipping or copying needs.

The best customer service is right here at the UPS store. I have used them for shipping, notary, printing, copies and tons of other things. Always ready to go the extra mile for me. Really appreciate you guys!

Incompetence to the extreme and poor customer service. Keep in mind, their business is shipping packages. One of their ill-trained employees refused my payment for shipping (stating it wasnt necessary) only to find that shipping was indeed required after I left the store. One would think at that point the best course of action might be to contact me via my return address or to comp the shipping fee because of their error but no such luck. Their professional decision was to just destroy the package by the managers own admission. The managers are ill-equipped to deal with the public and fail to return phone calls. Instead, one manager just got flustered, raised his voice, and seemed unable to grasp the notion of how to contact a sender via a return address. Despite their admitted error and illogical actions that followed, they refused to reimburse me for destroying my package. I can only assume by their refusal to provide their last names that they are no strangers to threats of being reported to the UPS corporate office. My recommendation is to avoid this farce of a shipping hub at all costs.

Fast, affordable and incredibly convenient location, I will be shipping here in the future.The worker gave me all the options to make my package arrive where and when it needed to while making sure I got the best deal available.If you want a package to ship same-day, be sure to get there before 6pm when the truck leaves.

Staff is always so helpful. Place is clean and all the supplies I would need are available. They do email, faxing, printing, and scanning!

Failed to deliver my medicine due to incompetence. I would recommend Fed Ex over this sham of an operation. Just a series of broken promises that could adversely affect my health.

I brought a collapsible box to be shipped back to me. It was shipped prior in a box, because its...collapsible. I took it to this store because UPS are shipping experts. I unfortunately had to take a phone call during the process but left my capable coworkers to handle the rest. I had said to the two working the counter prior to the phone call that it was shipped to me in 2 boxes because the integrity of the cases of the other items was in question, which I distinctly remember saying they came in a box. The owner asked one coworker if taping the lid of the plastic collapsible box was fine, he said yes thinking so it would not shift during transit. Apparently the owner, who says could not read minds, read into that - that a box was not necessary and that the plastic collapsible box would be fine just as it was. He never offered a box, he left it to us, again, because he cant read minds. As a person that owns a shipping company, it is HIS job to not read minds, but rather suggest when he feels that we as the less knowledgeable customer dont know what is best in these cases...and a box was never suggested and it as our fault for assuming that items would be shipped INTACT inside of a box. BTW Im still missing 1 of the 3 items shipped.

This is my UPS Store of choice. I never go anywhere else! Everyone on staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can ship packages, hassle free. They have the BEST price in Biloxi/Gulfport of Copies. Color copies are ONlY .49$ per page. That is unheard of. The competition charges double that price. I am a regular customer.Jay and his team are the best!

I came in a few days ago to ship an item to Vietnam. The service was fantastic .Both the owner and Ms .Phu, were very friendly and helpful. Ms .Phu even spoke to me in Vietnamese and made the international shipping process very painless . It was done under 10 minutes. Ill definitely ship through here again.

This store is great! The employees are always respectful, personable, and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but make the drive to this one based on my experiences with the employees.

I have been associated with this amazing business since we moved to the area 2+ years ago! Brand new and I knew no one and really needed friendly, helpful people in my life! They are very contentious with their business and customer service! They work with me and assist me in meeting people in this area. Things they would never have to do. Personally they have always gone over and above to be professional, courteous and extremely helpful! Any items I had questions about, they always explained and worked out!! I have worked with each one of them individually and cannot imagine any problems! Thanks for being a special company representing the Biloxi area so professionally!

Run...dont walk away from this establishment. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Different prices on different days for same service. Only printed odd number pages of 500 page job. Asked them to fix and they charged me for everything again! :( Customer service was horrible. Very expensive!

He is charging money for picking up package at the office yet the package has been paid by the sender.this is unfair

I just needed to drop off a package, I already had a label. So, I really wasnt even a customer, because they didnt make any money off me. But the man I handed my box to treated me like I was their best customer.
