Store should be clearly shut down and sued. Its been almost 1 month since I purchased my daughters hat when I was told by a female worker(which was by herself) that it would be ready in like 3-4 days and every since then they have been closed and not answering phone. Taking peoples money and not producing their product. I have tried calling their main office too. They should be ashame!! π£I want my money back!!!!

I would give no star if possible. I was in the store looking for a hat to purchase. When I received a call so I went to walkout keep in mind I am looking at my phone. Then I walked head first into the gate that was lowered to almost six foot Being 64 I bang my head pretty well. The woman working there said that the gate was broken so I asked to speak to a manager she replied very rude she was. I asked for her bosses number. At that point her boyfriend said I didnt hit my head that fn hard. When I asked him who was he to tell me what I felt he continued to get aggressive. Then they proceeded to call security an the police all over me hitting me head an wanting to speak to a reasonable person with a little sympathy. To resolve the matter not be treated like I did something wrong. With that being said I will never shop at that store. I will also tell friends an family to so the same.

Me and my husband arrived @ the Lids located inside of Edgewater mall @8:50pm and as soon as we walked towards Lids entrance the young lady stated that the store was closed.I was confused because the mall closes at 9pm so how can a store located inside the mall close before the actual mall!!!How do you refuse customers 10min before clothing?Customer service skills need improving!!! Good luck, but I doubt that you guys (LIDS) business flourish with customer service skills displayed to the public....,!
The store has lots of options for guys but I have found they have little to no options for women. I do not wear flat bill hats cause I dont like them . I also prefer the hats with adjustable straps for my hair to go thru. They do offer embroidery and that can be done very nicely depending on how well they read your requested insignia.
Absolutely terrible experience. Lady was on her personal phone for 30 mins while we looked around wanting to buy a hat from lids and do custom embroidery on it. So we left for 10 mins to come back hoping she was off the phone. She was but did not want to help us. We asked for help and she replied with βWhat do you want?β. We will not be returning to this lids.
We showed up at the mall at 9:58 specifically to go to Lids before my boyfriend had to head to work. The woman working didnt have the gate open on time and said something about needing to go move her car real quick and shed be right back. We waited until 10:09 and she never came back. We ended up leaving since we had somewhere to be. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service!!! Went to the Gulfport location the lady messed the hat up went to this location put in my order left come back 30 min later was told the lady would be back to do the hat and 45 min later was informed the manager βwent down the streetβ which was supposed to add a name to my hat and the machine was down???? Horrible!!!!
