The employees here are very kind and have a lot of knowledge about the products, the layout of the store and any questions you have on fixing or doing whatever it is you are wanting. We needed help finding some pieces to attach a hose to our toilet and a worker was able to help us find the exact pieces we needed while explaining what we needed to do. He also was very friendly and funny, which makes any place more enjoyable to go to. The plants also all seem in good condition, I have been to some home depots where most of the plants are wilting. I also like how in my area where theres many military members, they give a 10% discount.

I am doing this review for my parents who are elderly. They were at this store today and needed assistance in the garden section and were told someone was being paged. 30 minutes later in the heat still no help. They gave up and went to get other stuff and had to wait in line another 30 minutes due to only 1 cashier working. Again they were told someone was being paged to help them load the items in the car no one ever showed up. My father who has to walk with a walker and my mother who has bone cancer had to lift the heavy items into thier car themselves. This place is a degrace. I have worked customer service management my whole life and if my employees performed at this status i would be finding new ones .
